    Classy hotel in a great location close to many restaurants and shopping. The staff in Toro, the restaurant are exceptionally friendly and accommodating.

    It was a very dope experience. Valet was super nice and he guided me in to back up, offered different places to park

    There are no sufficient staff for check in or check out. You have to wait at least 30-45 mins for checking in and checking out. They keep only two counter for such a large hotel. Shared pics of the waiting at reception. Location of the property is very good. However elevator and interior etc is run down needs renovation. There is no formal breakfast facility. They offer breakfast while booking. As such they do not have any Restaurent to offer proper breakfast. We took breakfast of floor 15 to Gold Lounge. We located living bug also in the plate. When we hightlighted to the staff, they took the plate very swiftly and destroyed. Food quality is pathetic.

    During marathon event, we should pay additional breakfast buffet for $40 /person. The receptionist didn't inform if there's additional charges. The foods really bad and not value for money.
