    Hotel is located at lake and Magnificient miles. Rooms are large and well furnished. It is a historical property and carry the aura of Chicago growth.

    This property was a great value because we reserved via Agoda. 4 Diamond Hotel. The downtown area when blanketed in snow with all the Christmas lights was enchanting. The view of the lake from our room was the star on top! We will stay here again!

    The hotel location was perfect and convenient. We stayed at this hotel for a wedding and it was the closest. Very nice hotel which gives you the glimpse of history in Chicago. However, we would prefer to stay at other newer hotel next time if we have an opportunity.

    Almost 10 days, hotel has not returned security deposit. Staff not there to assist. Left all alone to get all luggage down reception said no one.
