    staff were friendly (shoutout ronaldo!), location’s perfect - walking distance to major city areas. room was clean and comfortable. i would stay again

    The hotel location is just 2 blocks away from the beach and just right across bloomingdales. Just walk along magnificent mile to reach the millennium park. Down side is I booked a big room and check in was delayed for 20 minutes. We were told to wait since they need to prepare the room after an "elite" member just vacated it. That is just so uncalled for. The reception could have just said sorry for the delay since they are making sure that the room is well prepared before we occupy it. Though the other staffs were very warm to us.

    The location was great, the room was decent, but the bathroom could have been cleaner as it wasn’t spotless and felt a bit dirty. The destination fee honestly, it should be removed.
