I upgraded my room to 22 nd floor corner room which was wonderful for a 3 night stay. The bed was comfortable and the room gave a solo traveler plenty of space. Great views of a slice of Lake Michigan and architecture.

Location was great. Had a great burger in the lobby.
The room 17-101 was very very small. It wasn’t very clean. I was expecting much more and was disappointed. Found out no shampoo in the middle of a shower. Zero. None. No do not disturb tag in room. Woken up by housekeeping staff because of that. Pretty pricey for what we got. Room pretty dated.

It’s an extraordinary arquitectural and historical experience.
Upkeep is below expectations for a Hilton Hotel.

The staff at registration was wonderful.
The furniture and lamps in the room were very worn and out of date.
