It's gorgeous and the staff is great.
It's a little bit dated and not perfectly taken care of on the inside (flimsy power outlets, that make charging your phone tricky, wallpaper, peeling off the walls, toilet seat cover, kept together by scotch tape), that makes it feel overpriced. It's a luxury building, not a luxury hotel. Breakfast was nothing special too.

I love the Palmer house. It’s a good place to stay in the south is excellent.
Well, it’s a little bit too pricey and I don’t like the idea that they don’t give me my Honors credit because I use booking.com. They are still receiving the money they could give me the credit on my Honors.

We upgraded to a higher room with an excellent view of Trump Tower. Your staff was very professional and very friendly. We loved the idea of experiencing a staff in the oldest active hotel in the U.S. Last, but not least, your restaurant was good and you restaurant staff was very good.

Gorgeous property
We never got 4 glasses even though there were four people, they stopped emptying our trash after the second day
