Came with family for my art opening... the location was only a couple of blocks away so it was ideal for us. The staff was really professional and helpful, we also received a voucher for the restaurant and that was a nice perk. The room was clean and spacious and we had a good view that allowed us to see the lake. The parking garage was a block away, so it was convenient. We were also within walking distance to restaurants, millennium park, Art Institute, SAIC, and other interesting locations. The price of the room for two nights was very affordable and worked within our budget.... Overall a very nice stay and I highly recommend.

Made reservations for a city view and was placed with no view at all. Room faced another building.
