Location was great and the building itself felt safe and secure. I also liked the exercise space.

The bed was very uncomfortable. Just one of the worst mattresses' I've had in the last few years.

I like almost everything!

I didn’t like that I had to either pay a $250 deposit, which should be released after checkout, or pay a non-refundable fee of around $56. I chose the deposit because I had no intention of damaging anything or taking anything from the room. Still, because of this policy, I had to document all the existing damage in case of any dispute. Also, since the checkout process is online, it is not clear when the deposit will actually be returned

Check in and out was easy. I had a nice view from the room. Everything in the kitchenette was in good working order. The room was comfortable and the location was great with its nearby access to buses and airplanes and easy walking distance to the city’s downtown.

I was a little confused on how to open the 2 downstairs doors to get to the elevator using the codes that were provided during pre-stay communication.

Had all the conveniences of apartment living from having an in unit washer and dryer, wine refrigerator, and comfortable beds to sweeping views of the Chicago skyline. Our unit also had a nice view of Willis Tower. There was a nice sky lounge and outdoor deck area on the 16th floor of the property too.
