Unlimited bottles of water
Workout room needed new yoga mats and did not replace wipes when told to the front desk

Comfortable, large rooms. Great location.
Room power went off a few times, possibly due to use of iron or other reasons. TV signal kept going out as well. The hot water is extremely hot! Suggest a warning sign to avoid injuries and possible litigation.

From door to door thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
Could not get cash from front desk when the atm was down.

Great location and able to walk to many areas of the city also only a 10 min walk to the metro to travel further afield.
Our room was perfectly functional with comfortable beds but a bit drab and expensive for what it was.
