Unsafe @ a hotel 6

Front desk clerk very professional.

I had an encounter with a very scary individual while bringing my luggage into my room. The door to the room appeared to have been broken into and instead of replacing it they half ass repaired it. The TV screen was cracked. I did not stay. I packed my luggage and left. I turned my key to the front desk and advised them that I as an elderly person did not feel safe. I traveled to attend a family funeral. While at the funeral services I learned that was an incident earlier that day at the hotel and an individual fled from police and was hiding at the Coca Cola distribution Center. I paid for nothing. I wasn't refunded the money I paid. Apparently that hotel is used for drug dealing, prostitution and other ilicit activities. That's what I heard from several family members that live in El Paso. Live and learn.

Friendly front desk staff

The first room they put me in had massive gaps in the floor from water damage, and the bathtub didn’t work. So they moved me to another room I was told my rooms was a non-smoking rooms butt both bathtubs and beds had cigarette burns everywhere. Housekeeping won’t clean the room during your stay if you have dogs, I was here a week and requested service but they refused to clean the room because of my 2 MiNI dachshunds who were CAGED AND MUZZLED. I ended up having to request new linens to remake the bed myself, and a mop to mop the room myself

reservation was not ready they dont have my rooms but a day before they sent me a e mail that my resrvation was ready and when i got there they said they never recived my reservation because their sistem was not working i think they rent my room thinking i was not going to show au because i got there at 11 pm i have already paid for my rooms and i had to paid again to rent the las to rooms they have very bad experience

Functional zero extra and some disappointing aspects.

It was close to major roads for onward travel. The beds were comfy

There was open drug use just outside reception. Staff were okay but hardly spoke. Rooms were dated and mainly powered by an extension lead hidden under the head end of the mattress. Bathroom was shocking dirty and stained bath.

Solid Choice to Save Money

Clean bed and sheets. Everything worked well, the ac blew nice and cold. It was 100 degrees so that was always nice to come back to. Also close to my old neighborhood so easy to meet up with friends.

It’s been around since the 90’s so it is an older property. There was some mold in the bathroom but the rest of the room looked clean.

It was a place to stay for the night with our animals.

It was a good location but nothing more than just a place to sleep for the night with our animals.

There were huge gaps opened around the door. There was a huge pool party going on for hours til 1 am. There were people arguing right outside our door for about an hour. People were slamming the doors. Prostitution was going on when we took the dogs out. Needles are thrown all over the ground along with condoms, and broken cell phones.
