Very good location and clean

The air conditioner in our 435 was not working properly. That’s our only complaint. At night our room was cold . Also we did order a pizza on our first night and it was undercooked but everything else was great.

Day one there was dirt behind the door. Over all the ladies that cleaned the room were so nice and would always ask if we wanted them to clean our room.

We had an amazing experience! Everyone was so helpful.

We loved the pool. Breakfast was good and the staff also so helpful. They have laundry, computers and access to a copy machine, game room, small store and a restaurant downstairs as well. The driver was also really pleasant and gave us local tips.

Having to reserve times for laundry/some of the washers/dryers didn’t work.

Not worth it

-Location is great (American consulate, shopping mall, variety of different restaurants). - comfortable parking area

-pool is small, cold, and in the shade for most of the day. It was impossible to enjoy it, even though the day was warm, but even light wind made it hard to be there. - rooms are quite run-down, we had a big gap between the door and the doorframe and could hear every sound from the hallway (unfortunately, our room was right next to the elevators) -A/C was smelling very bad when was working -terrible curtains didn't block out the light from the outside + a lot of other blue light sources in the room (+no yellow warm light lamps at all) = all together have created a very bad sleeping space - we all were waking up every few hours and had a terrible sleeping experience - Breakfast was very disappointing. There's not much to choose from and not tasty at all. Coffee is just beyond terrible. All in all, location is good, but all the rest is absolutely not worth the money. Won't stay again

Our stay was very pleasant Thank You Mesaluna ! 100% recommend! Location is excellent right next to United States Consulate all our tasks were completed walking distance. Breakfast is delicious employees are friendly and helpful and most importantly we felt very safe rooms are very comfortable.

Comfortable Stay

Location is perfect for the US Consulate. It’s about a 3 minute walk and you don’t even have to cross the street. Everything you need is essentially next door. The breakfast was also really delicious. The hotel itself was very clean. The staff were very helpful and polite. Pool was also convenient.

The staff was very professional and cortues. Always made feel very welcomed and was eager to resolve any questions or any issues you had. The breakfast was excellent, flavourful and great price. The proximity to the American Consulate, Medical Clinics, Biometrics and nearby plaza was perfect.

The pool area was under remodel which created dust and could not sit outside to enjoy the rest of the hotel
