Good breakfast and clean stay, but customer service could be friendlier.

The breakfast was really good, with fresh options and great flavor. The hotel location felt safe and convenient for everything we needed. The staff was polite and helpful when we asked questions.

The employees were a bit too serious and didn’t seem very approachable. When I asked if they had toothbrushes, they just said no instead of offering any suggestions or alternatives. A warmer attitude would make the stay even better.

The air went out all day the second day there and they didnt tell anyone until asked it took them all day until about 9 to get it up in running again

A beautiful hotel, convenient location, value for money

professional & friendly staff. the room is huge(!) and the bed is super comfortable. efficient aircon, wifi and shower. there are convenience stores within walking distance (Del Rio, S-Mart). there are many TV channels (movies, news, sports) and most of them are in English! special mention and Muchas Gracias to Luis & Luis at the restaurant por un excelente servicio! value for money. definitely recommended.

bath tub was oily, there was no microwave, no refrigerator, coffee maker didn’t function properly, no hairdryer pool wasn’t accessible 24/7, no breakfast included.

will never stay here again

I reserve thru booking two rooms once I got there they said since I didn't pay before they gave my rooms away. even though I had to pay now or pay at the hotel which is the one I always use when booking my reservations.

I would not recommend it since they make their own rules. so you end up having no room an need to look some where else.

Friendly customer service from the staff.

The room smelled like drainage, came from the sink hole. There was no water for a couple of minutes. The quality of the installations is not worth for what they charge per night. It is a bit overpriced.
