I will not be booking here again and nor do I recommend this place to anyone. Like they say you get what you pay for.

Nothing the place was horrible

I booked this place for 7 days and checked out on my second night I couldn’t handle this nasty place. The rooms smelled horrible, the carpet by the AC unit was wet & you can’t even notice from the dark carpets.! My daughter started to get sick the first night. The window in our 4th floor room don’t even lock it could easily slide open and it does not have a screen so if a child where to open it they could fall down. I asked the house keeping lady for trash bags for our food trash since the trash cans are small she said she couldn’t give us any because she’s not allowed to. When we went down stairs for breakfeast there is a legitimate line you have to wait on, the food is not even good at all also they should have a sign by all the fruit they lay out because as soon as the staff would lay out a few bananas or oranges people will grab up to 3 at a time or more. We had to ask for a banana due to my daughter not being able to eat any of the food since everything was spicy. Also whenever you ask any questions to the reception staff it looked like they didn’t even want to be there.

Great location near the consulate office, with several restaurants and stores within walking distance. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows, and the room was spacious.

The lighting in the hallways wasn’t the best, and the lobby felt hot, either there was no AC or it simply wasn’t turned on. The room had a funky smell coming from the AC unit. I also really disliked that the bathroom light switch was tied to the ventilation fan, which was extremely loud and annoying. Breakfast wasn’t great either; it lacked variety. I tried to use the laundromat, but the dryer wasn’t working. Lastly, when I arrived to check in, the two front desk clerks were chatting and laughing with a police officer about the city festival instead of helping guests which were in line. Their conversation was loud and unprofessional—it didn’t give the best first impression.

I would not recommend it for the price I paid.

The only thing I liked was the cleaning staff. They were super nice and respectful.

The breakfast was not great. Three out of the seven days I stayed, they didn’t even have enough ingredients to make breakfast. They ran out of cups for coffee and they had the washers and dryers broken the last 3 days I was there. The rooms are semi stained and dirty as well.

WORST PLACE EVER!!!!! unless you like bad Odors

NOTHING .. actually nice pictures on the website but in reality a Big NO NO

EVERYTHING. smelled sooo bad once inside hallway 3rd floor. room sheets smelled old and bleached. breakfast times were wrong at 9:00am they were cleaning up when they told me breakfast was over at 10am, parking lot was far. I didn’t get a DO NOT DISTURB sign to hang on door and housekeeping woke me up early!!! The MOST disgusting thing was the bad odor and the old over bleached sheets and towels. Will NEVER EVER stay there

great value for the price and location to the consulate

the location is amazing and just a 200 meters from the consulate and everything. the built gong is very well made and there’s no noise or you can’t hear the neighbors like many other hotels. the breakfast was very good, we have some scrambled eggs and chilaquiles. fruit etc. the value is really good for the price

the check in was very slow and made wait about 20 people until 3 pm but other than that it was good the water wasn’t hot in the morning !!!!
