We reserved a queen size bedroom,. We arrived late at night due to our flight, my husband and I were checked in by a young lady into a room with 2 beds that looked like it was from a roach motel. Located on the 3rd floor all the way down the building (the hallway was dirty, people were cooking , and playing games with the doors to their rooms open). The room was on the 3rd flloor; judging by the appearance of the hallways we assumed there was no elevator/ we were not told there was one either. We went up 3flights of stairs with 2 55lbs luggages. We were exhausted from the trip and pissed off about the room assigned to us. Went back to the front desk, by then someone else was there, he changed the room for us and it was more acceptable. The hotel does not have any amenities, I feel is over priced for what it offers.

I love how the place is very clean. It’s close to the Consulate, and the mall. The place is secured 24/7. Salute to their Security Guards. Very friendly staffs. And prompt room service. They definitely exceeded our expectations especially they have laundry room. And free good breakfast. Very affordable yet excellent place to stay at.

Overall we loved our stay

We requested transportation from the hotel to the airport, the first rep stated it was booked but then i went back the next day to confirm and they asked me to go back at a later time to double check if transportation was available. I ended up taking an uber.

Good location, walking distance to all appointments for Consulate needs. Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Secured location with overnight security. Laundry room.

We had noisy neighbors that kept us up at night. They were loud and went to sleep late which meant we slept late also. You can hear every noise from the units next door. Neighbors would also be cooking in their units and we would literally be smoked out with the spices and or salsas they would be making. Blender ran at any given time when they were there with no shame. Otherwise it was a good stay.

It has a hall that goes detract to fingerprint office and more restaurants.. to be honest the hotel has a restaurant the food is delicious... it's 5 min form the us console and 8 min to the medical office walking very safe.. also you can wash and dry for free I would recommen this hotel to everybody coming to the us console

It's close to the American Consulate, CAS, and the Clinics. Also, the restaurant located on the hotel was amazing and the staff were super nice. Room are specious and clean.

The room walls are thin you can hear your neighbors and if someone is smoking you can definitely smell it coming to your room. No iron was available in the room. No mini fridge to put some drinks and no phone. They provide free internet but it was super slow.

Pretty good hotel but the deal breaker was the smell of sewage in the room.

They have a great breakfast. Very nice variety of food every day. The staff I dealt with was very friendly. The restaurant they have on site was a great feature. The hotel is a walking distance from the consulate and any consulate related appointments.

The bathroom often smelled like sewage. We had to make sure to keep the bathroom closed to keep the room from smelling bad. At times the smell was overwhelming even with the bathroom door closed. The wifi would often become laggy and the connection would be extremely slow. It was useless more than half of the time.
