The room was very good I like the cleaning and the organization of the furniture.

The coffee at the breakfast was horrible. When I have to walk around the streets where dangerous to cross because of the traffic. Alson the driver of the transportation always where in his cellphone and when I want to use it to go where they supposed to take it me, he always questions me if I really have to use it.

Location

Check in takes long time and there’s only one person attending. Same checking out you have to wait until someone on the staff goes all the way to the room to check for damage ( not sure what is their experience with people damaging their rooms)

I will not be in that hotel for more than 3 days

The breakfast is always de same, no varieties in the fruit, there no salads, the coffee is horrible, and no vegetables at all, just tortillas in every plate

the coffee, offer more vegetables, also the orange juice is not orange juice is like water ice and orange flavor. the shower head in my room was in bad shape.

Overall it had what I needed. A place to stay, close to the US Embassy.

I liked the location, it was very close to where I needed to be/go.

The hotel as a whole could use some updates. It seemed a little dirty. A fresh coat of new paint and new carpet would make it a much better experience. The pool service was good, but it could have used a bit more cleaning.

I honestly was not a fan of how dirty the pool was. And the fact that the room card would not work half the time we needed to open the room.
