Room was clean every day on my return.
The sink didn’t have a drain plug that could be closed and opened.

Our family has a yearly kind of reunion in El Paso Texas and we come from San Diego but we have family that fly in from Austin, Dallas and San Antonio Texas and we all book rooms here because it's a great location (we have family in Juarez as well) and a great value with the breakfast and all the staff are so nice! Thank you!

Staff had excellent customer service. We never felt like a bother to them. They were accommodating as much as possible. The location is very convenient and the price was affordable. Good breakfast options.
The rooms were very poorly cleaned. Both toilet papers were almost empty. There was a nail file in the microwave and it needed to be wiped down badly. Everything is outdated but functional. There was a few hairs in the tub. Floors were not swept
