The room needs a real cleaning

The tub wasn’t cleaned, the floor and I found a black hair on one bed sheets, they need a real cleaning work

The woman at the front desk in the morning was super friendly, sweet and professional. They had an excellent breakfast included.

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. Facility felt safe and secure.

The facility is very dated. The hallway carpet is beyond cleaning. Dirty, worn, frayed. The floors in the room are warped and uneven. Trip hazzard. Attaching pics.

Our air conditioner was not working well and when we took our kids to swim you had young people drinking alcohol at the pool area getting drunk cursing and listening to there music loud it was very uncomfortable and I thought my bed was supposed to be queen size and they were full size

Dog bags, front desk moved us to a cleaner room fast.

First room we had smelled like trout we had the room changed. Carpet was dirty, pet areas filled with weeds, not welcoming for pets. Doors slammed on their own.

Excellent choice

Stayed here 3-4 times now. The new pre-checkin online option that they have makes in person checkin take less than a minute, awesome enhancement. Friendly, knowledgeable front desk staff. Clean room, comfortable beds, good AC, all facilities working with no issues. Didn't stay for breakfast. Multiple national restaurants within walking distance including two literally in the same parking lot. Easy access off the highway. This time highway noise was not an issue. All in all, it remains my top option for overnight stays.

Rooms were dirty dirt was falling down walls after shower condensation, floors felt dusty, not enough towels toilet paper or other toiletries, and no baby crib was available despite requesting well in advance, and breakfast wasn’t able to be enjoyed as Asian convention took up all the food and space so my family couldn’t eat anything.

Could have been better for the price.

Property looked to have a recent face lift but was overpowered by the smell of mold and trash. Too close to the highway so it’s extremely loud as the rooms are very well insulated. Trash truck came and collected trash at 3AM and woke myself and the kids up.

Rooms are nicely updated. Bed very comfortable. Front desk staff friendly.

Hallway carpet very old and dirty. Will be nice when that part is updated. It makes the first impression feel dirty and sketchy until you enter updated room. Plus there was broken floor tiles by entrance by pool. Just not good first impression.

Very good choice

Quick check in and out, friendly and helpful front desk staff. Clean and spacious room, comfortable beds, no issues during stay. Large pool was a plus. Excellent value overall. Two national restaurants and a popular local bar are right across the lobby.

Highway facing room got a bit loud at times, people with light sleep might want to ask for a city-facing room.
