Nice Place to stay

The staff is very friendly, the hotel is kept clean, the shopping mall/ shopping center is within walking distance, pool for the kids, U.S. consulate is across the street, and the Central Park is nearby. The small kitchenette and the huge refrigerator. Laundry is available as well, along with a small market, which consists mainly of snacks. Grocery stores nearby. Overall, it's a great place to stay if your stay is going to be more than a couple of days.

One of the beds in the suite was very noisy and needs to be replaced. The vent fan in the bathroom was very loud. I thought the price for breakfast was somewhat expensive for those staying in the hotel. I did not see a menu in the room, I may have seen one in the main lobby.

Near to all places by walking didn’t take long to go and get something to eat or entertain, thanks to the great location besides that 3 to 5 minutes by walking to the Consulado .

Location, A/C is excellent, the morning crew were awesome, helpful and took their time to make your stay terrific! Maria the cleaning lady was super as well.

Spacious room.

The chair was filthy, the blanket had cigarette burns, first hotel ever that I stayed at with not a single coffee in the room, tv remote was sticky and nasty all around, sheets and towels were yellowed and brown, cleaning lady had an attitude, the security measure of a key to get in doesn’t work if people let other people in. Shower was nasty too.

Mesaluna extended stay is the best.

Very old and everything you touched felt dirty or infected, also they promote so much they are non-smoke and in my room I found cigarette butts, they don’t have a cafeteria or coffee at least.

It was very clean, all staff members were on point and very professional and courageous. Cleaning staff was always checking on me and my room to make sure I had everything I needed. Building was very secure as well that that made me feel safe.

Electronic keys forgot code three times. No clean and bed making;had to go get exchange towels. Had called for them to change out my towels and make my bed. it was never done

Not at all restful nor peacefull.

Room was clean.

The hotel had persons staying that were cooking and started a fire. They left a plastic bowl on the electric stove which caused awful smoke and of course the alarms went off at 7am. We immediately got up and dressed. The hallway of 2nd floor was full of smoke and people. Could not use the elevator which was challenging for me since I am recovering from a broken ankle. My husband assisted me to slowly go down the stairs, thank god only one flight. We went to front desk to find all very calm versus our state of panic with our belongings in hand. Reception went on to explain this happens very often since this is a large group of persons staying with them under the same corporation who cook and frequently burn things. He said they will fill report to have company pay for this damage but I would like to know what about us that were pulled out of bed so early. We have stayed here many times and I have reserved several rooms at one time for family coming from out of town with us. I would hate for this to happen while all of us are there next time since this happens so often it was a very scary situation for us.

Everything was great. The room was very clean. The location was also very safe. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The front desk was very friendly! The price was good too.

The room just looked different than what we booked, but not bad for one night stay. That is the only thing .
