The staff was very polite. Nice sized room. Big fridge. Nice to have a laundry facility on site. Close to the mall and walking distance to many restaurants.
No pots, pans, basic cooking tools or cooking utensils included in an extended stay rental. Who travels with that stuff? The desk chair was a patio chair so it was noisy and uncomfortable to sit in for a long while. The bathroom was not as clean as it should be when we arrived: the toilet tank was dirty and there was hair on the floor. The rest of the room was clean.

My stay in this hotel extended suites was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
The location was perfect and made everything very convenient for us. The atmosphere felt safe and peaceful, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
I truly had such a great experience and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Juárez. 10/10!
