This location was probably the best hotel to stay at around the area. They are very attentive to your needs, super clean and just very professional. I recommend this place 100%

The only thing I didn’t like was that the prices for the food was extremely high to what’s around the area. I would suggest eating Lunch/ Dinner somewhere else

The water pressure fluctuated a lot on the 10th floor. There was multiple times I was taking a shower and the water would stop running for 30 seconds and then come back on super hot or freezing. They need to improve water pressure to the 10th floor.

I just wanted to leave and nor come back

I was not happy due to my card not working to use the elevators and had to keep going down to the bottom level in the parking and walking to the front entrance and I addressed this issue multiple times with the people at the front desk and they did nothing to remedy the situation

Very nice and comfortable hotel. Staff is very friendly and always happy to assist you. They have a complimentary shuttle to take you around the city.

We even called booking.com right away they said they will contact the property and we will receive an email in 24 hours. We never received an email and no refund. Worst experience ever. Waist so much time and money in calling.
