Will not be staying there moving forward. We pay a little more than a cheap room so we can enjoy our stay.

The clean room and the lobby.

I disliked it. I had stated at their other location for my wedding was the best. We did not have towels In the room. I thought let me ask maybe they were rushing they forgot. So I send my husband they only give him one and they was questioning him for towels like we have stolen them. Then we had family come visit and they assumed they was going to stay am like no. It was just awful experience.

The location was good, the beds and sheets were nice and clean, very soft pillows and the bathroom was very clean as well.

The swimming pool was closed and the tv volume was not working properly, it was very difficult for change the channels.

Over crowded and Over Rated

The front desk gives you a remote for the TV but it needed 2 remotes / TV did not work...took an hour to fix. The headboard was made out of a cheesy material and was ripped and stained. Tasteless pictures of a half naked woman on the wall- I guess it was maria bonita....I would not recommend this hotel to anybody...

Above and beyond service

The staff was great we lost our original reservation for a reason out of our control and they worked so hard to accommodate us even though the hotel was fully booked they upgraded our room to The Presidential suite!!! Front desk and management went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. The rest of the staff were kind and serviceable. We are so thankful. They will have my business from now on. I Highly recommend it. The area is great with lots of things to do nearby.
