An excellent hotel to book if going to the USA Consulate

The hotel's location is perfect for visiting the USA Consulate. It sits on the same street side as the consulate, and it took me no more than 5 minutes to walk there every morning. It is also located next to a Wendy's and a Denny's, which are not high-end dining places but are tasty enough. The hotel and rooms were very clean, and the breakfast buffet was always well-stocked and surprisingly tasty. The kitchen staff was always extremely friendly and willing to help with my requests. Lastly, the hotel's van service to the airport and bus station was very convenient.

The reception is always very short on staff, with only one person available for check-ins and customer service. To make matters worse, their system kept crashing, so the staff couldn't accept payments or provide the room key cards. This created long queues and long waits. Finally, the dining area where breakfast is served has a limited number of tables and chairs, which makes it difficult to find a seat after grabbing your breakfast from the buffet.

The house keeping was done very late and only if i requested them, as well on my last day they went after 5pm and they only did the beds and threw the trash, it wasnt vaccumed, mirrors and bathroom werent cleaned, as well on my check in my room was not ready on time

When I got there it was under construction and all the dust from the construction was flying on are cars by the my third day the power and water was off so I checked out early.

Clean and close to important things

The experience was nice! We were there for 8 days and everything went well. Super close to all of the consulate stuff that needs to be done. The breakfast provided was good and the staff is super helpful and friendly. They do have a shuttle that can take you to the airport you just have to sign up for it. The pool area was nice too. Clean.

One and done with holiday inn

On booking.com seen a room and price, get there and it's a different size room and price. Check-in is at 4pm so guest have to wait around the lobby. Never going to stay at a holiday Inn or use booking.com again!

they should have leave 2 bottle of water since I reserve for two ppl , also the toiletries weren’t new since the shampoo and body wash were leave with broken seal …. had to throw them away

I am so pleased with everything about this place. The people are amazing. The location is amazing. The breakfast is very very good. The rooms the entire place is very clean. This was the best choice I could’ve made. Thank you unfortunately our plans changed where we had to stay a little longer, we returned to the hotel 5 to 6 hours later and we were able to book the same room again which I am very pleased. The staff is amazing and very helpful. The cleaning crew very sweet very nice. I’ll definitely come back here again if I ever visit again thanks again.

I wish they would’ve been a microwave in the room but overall there are no complaints
