If you are going to an appointment at the consulate, this is the perfect hotel!

It was very close to the consulate and the mall. The facility has morning breakfast and it always has Air Conditioner which was great since the weather is so hot in Juárez. The staff was always very accommodating.

At first, the room felt small to us since we have been to other hotels in other states and they have been much larger. However, we went back to the pictures and the pictures did capture the size of the room. We also made friends on tours and spoke about other hotels they were staying in, in the same location, and it turned out that our room was actual much better theirs, so at the end, we knew we made right choice.

STAY WAS GOOD, STAFF ARE FRIENDLY AND RESPECTFUL.

LOCATION WAS CONVENIENT FOR MY STAY. ROOM WAS A LOT SMALLER THAN I IMAGINED, NOT HAVING AN ACTUAL CLOSET FOR MY BAGS WAS UPSETTING. NEVER HAD BREAKFAST BECAUSE IT WAS ALWASY EXTREMELY FULL , ROOM WAS CLEAN, STAFF WERE NICE AND HELPFUL.

IT WOULD BE NICE AND CONVENIENT IF YOU HAD ATLEAST ONE STAFF MEMBER FLUENT IN ENGLISH. I CALLED THE OFFICE ONCE AND NEEDED HELP WITH MY SECOND RESERVATION DUE TO CHANGES IN MY STAY , THE STAFF MEMEBER COULD NOT FULLY UNDERSTAND MY QUESTION.

The hotel is located in a shopping mall area and surrounded by businesses and restaurants . The American consulate medical clinics and cas are located across the street , very convenient!! All the hotel staff are very friendly and polite I will give them 5 stars . Thank you guys !

I booked this hotel to be near the US consulate, and I must say the location and staff are amazing!

The staff were so welcoming, attentive and kind. They made you feel like you were at home. I love that it was right next to the mall, and right across from the US consulate. It felt very safe and had everything we needed during our stay. I reiterate the staff are phenomenal!

The walls seem to be thin so you can hear conversations from the hallway.

Nothing, this is the worst hotel of this franchise that I have booked

To start, they have no system, so only cash was accepted, this forced me to go to an ATM, No internet the first day and the following day it was really poor. The bedroom smelled really bad, the bed was so uncomfortable, an the bathroom smelled like hell.

My stay for one week for Friend to go thru an immigration process for green card

Is very close to the imigration american consulate., and they have a lots of medical place to those do their immigration documests and their is a Mall and few places to eat you just walk thru

Their laundry room only has 1 machine to wash and 1 to drier they should update to litlle more, the pillow is not too good to sleep the bed is fine,

Its the closest hotel to the american conulate

The rooms are small but thats why its called Junior. The only thing I didnt like was the laundry service. I put my clothes in the dryer 2 times & it didn't dry. The lady at the front desk said I could only put 10 pieces of clothing so I did. when I told her it wasnt drying she said thats because you probably put more than 10 pieces of clothing.
