I loved the landscape most of all, beds were comfortable, loved how there was a kitchen it was very spacious

Loud music from next door and cockroaches in the restroom, the bathtub was cracked so we had to be careful when we showered.

King bed was okay. Breakfast was good. Hot water, clean towels.

Broken refrigerator. Bad odor in room. Sofa bed was very bad, uncomfortable. Stinky room. Crickets in main suite. Old facility, very dated and in need of renovation. Smelly room. Treadmill in fitness room not working. Did I mention the stench in the room?

I drove from Virginia and from the moment I checked in, Ramada El Paso exceeded every expectation. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and made the whole process smooth and fast. My room was spotless, spacious, and had everything I needed, including a full kitchenette, which was a major bonus. The bed was so comfortable I almost missed my morning plans! The location is super convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and just a short drive to downtown or Fort Bliss. But what really sets this place apart is the vibe, it feels safe, quiet, and homey. I didn’t expect this level of comfort and cleanliness at such an affordable price point. Also, big shoutout to the pool and complimentary breakfast! It was refreshing, and the food was delicious and filling, and perfect for starting the day without hassle. Whether you’re stopping through or staying a while, I highly recommend Ramada El Paso. It’s budget-friendly without sacrificing quality, and honestly, one of the best stays I’ve had in the area. I would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Room and breakfast were great.

The room was wonderful. Romantic and cozy.

Our time was to short because we had to get back on the road.

Lighting throughout the property,staff was great cleanliness...it was worth the stay

The sink was over flowing with some foul smelling stuff coming back up from the sink pipe.

Room was welcoming. The landscaping is nice.

Parking can get tight. Bathtub had a smell of sewer due to water filling an inch in water with dirt and hair :(. Not sure how that happened but must be some clogging issue. It went down by early morning but was very disturbing to have to shower like that. I did notify the front desk but they were at full capacity and unable to switch rooms. The smell made me vomit. The fridge was a bit beat up. You need to also put a credit card on file for damages which is a bit extreme but can’t change that policy so understandable. Breakfast was not good. Orange juice tasted like water. Not many options

It was clean, roomy and it has a kitchenette. The beds and bedding comfortable. The location is just off the highway. There was hot breakfast and it was plentiful. The check in was quick.

The carpet in the room needs to be stretched (safety issue); Might want to add anti-slippery strips in the bathtub.

Breakfast area too crowded, for the price of our stay, the breakfast was fair. Ice machine was out of ice by 11:00 am.

The staff!! Room maids were not very helpful, The breakfast lady was extremely rude and very disrespectful like she didn’t like the guest eating.. like get a different job where you can be rude all u want! This is a hotel.. work for ur dollar! Also didn’t get names but the front desk guy was also very rude and unwelcoming. Like why have a job in customer service when you obviously don’t like people?!? Ramada Inn, get you some new employees! That will take care of ur guests here in El Paso! The other two gentlemen and manager were amazing! Just take one or two bad apples to make ur stay uncomfortable! Here for cancer treatments and last thing I need is this type of people who don’t care about their jobs…
