Great value for money and a hotel

Safer location given its proximity to the university. Cheap car parking and the breakfast was amazing! The Chef was great and took care of us each morning.

The beds weren’t that comfortable unfortunately.

Location was perfect because our event was at the University. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Toiletries provided were good quality. Hot tub was nice and the pool size was good, but somehow it was cold even though it was 105 out.

Parking was an additional fee, and that was not disclosed at booking. Booking listed Breakfast as wonderful/also said available. I misunderstood and saw breakfast listed as an amenitie and though it was included. It was very overpriced so we did not eat there. Pool was cold and sandy.

Ariadna, the front desk manager I assume. She was helpful and kind. Alihaya, pm front desk was great also Michael, the shuttle operator is the man. Any questions I had he had answers. And recommended great places to eat.

The convenience to hospital

My husband was admitted a day early at the hospital I checked in on May 2 paid May 2 I paid 192.71 I ask the girl since my reservations was for May 3 if I would need to change rooms she told me no I was fine. The next morning I went to the hospital at 5 I was there all day I got back about 9 my room was locked I went back to the front desk she unlocked the key I went back to my room all my belongings we gone. I was exhausted I went back down the the desk and told the girl my belongings we gone. She called housekeeping and 11 pm some of my things were returned not my makeup bag my phone charger and cord. The next day the 3 I ask about my things I was told they were looking at camera footage to see who entered the room ( there are no cameras) I kept the fo not enter on the door several times someone tried to open the door but the security lock was on. Anyway I checked out on the 7 paid 967.60 which included May 2 2025. I have called several times emailed sent pictures off my phone from my online banking all I get is the run around. My husband has since past away and this is still not taken care of. Any help would be appreciated thanks

Lovely property, quiet with great bar and restaurant. Friendly and professional staff.

The rooms are a little dated and the water takes too long to get hot (it just wastes so much water waiting for it to happen).

There were three bottles in shower for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. They were all empty and we forgot to pack ours!!!

The stay was great, the location of the hotel is really awesome if you go to any concert there

The location was great, as I was going to a concert in the Sun Bowl, and we were able to walk directly to the concert, and also back.

The air conditioner knobs were completely broken so the air conditioner was on the whole time. I couldn't change the settings or turn it off. It was uncomfortable sleeping because it was so cold in my room.

The location was perfect for our needs to be near medical facility. The breakfast was great, and the convenience meals from the small store area in hotel were also good and reasonable
