I stayed there last year and I feel like they have improved this year. It just felt better run.

It was very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was excellent.

There was excessive noise. Probably holiday parties, but it was really loud and since I was traveling I just wanted to sleep. Without the noise it would have been 10/10

Good but could have been better

Location, room size, room comfort.

I rated it a 7 due to my experience at the in-house restaurant Sabor. Our breakfast took an extremely long time to be served, the manager came to say they had to take extra time to cut the meat for my steak and eggs. When it arrived it was barely room temperature yet my wife’s arrived at the same time piping hot? Someone was fibbing, I came to the conclusion they were too busy preparing for brunch that day to pay proper attention to non-brunch customers.

The property is beautiful and well placed in the middle of downtown. The rooftop bar is very cool although the music gets very loud as the evening progresses.

The price charged for the room and parking does not equal the value at this hotel.

It was in a really nice area, surrounded by restaurants and bars. Lots of activities to do in the area and delicious dining options as well. The hotel itself had a great upstairs lounge area open till late plus the dome bar was also a nice place to grab a cocktail

The parking situation is a disaster. It cost $26 a night to park there and half the time the gate didn’t work and I was trapped in the parking garage for 10 minutes waiting for an attendant. My room key often didn’t work and I didn’t care much for the room itself.There was also issues with the TV and cable and the room was way too dark to be comfortable. Not at all worth the price.

Location downtown in El Paso Garage across the street from the hotel for $10, overnight stay. Comfortable bed.

In room 436 the windows were to high to be able to look at anything but the sky. Felt like something you would see in a prison. Window frame was covered in dust. General cleanliness was not the best we've seen.

There was no machine (blender) to make the piña coladas. For 6 tacos, one small guacamole bowl, and a Pina colada to be $100...I think it is too much. But that's what it is.
