It was good in general. Comfortable, but there is nothing within walking distance to enjoy.

Beds, swimming pool.

The restaurants are not very close, there is only one convenience store and you have to cross a busy street to get there. The television was broken and there were only a handful of channels. The batroom floods with the shower water as there is no separation to contain it.

It was a pleasant stay, don't have any bad comments, would stay here again.

The price was very fair, room was clean, all amenities we're working and in good condition.

Not so much as that i didn't like it, just want to mention for the front desk staff at check in to double check their system when the guests check in, we had already paid for our stay online, and if I hadn't checked my receipt from where i had already paid prior to our check in, we would have gotten charged twice. Other than that there isn't very much to say bad about the hotel or the stay.

The room was very clean and comfortable, staff was friendly. The food option was delicious! If you book online you pay for your own food but if you book in person it includes free food.

The heater was not working and the bed only had thin sheets;however, there was extra blankets in case we got cold.

Pleasant

Location was great and perfectly served my purpose. Also, it's kind of walkable from the border crossing point (if you like long walks). Room was really clean and well maintained, also there's a nice restaurant nearby.

Staff does not speak English at all, and that was a disappointment. Also, please have in mind that the airport transfer is from Juarez airport and not from El Paso (as one may assume). However, when I contacted hotel (well in advance) asking if they can arrange transfer from hotel to El Paso airport, the answer was that it has to be arranged at the reception. Reception, however, told me (via Google Translate) that they can arrange only transfers to airport in Juarez, and that was a bit of the stress.

That booking tells u a price and when u get there they charge more like 300 pesos more supposly for the TV the swimming pool and even the sights outside says 900 pesos a day and right there inside they charge u 1200 plus international pay on your debit didn't like that motel and it's very old still has carpet and smells old
