The breakfast was great. The wait staff was great . I was surprised that it wasn’t a continental breakfast.
Continental? The toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall.

I feel.like we were overcharged paid for 2 people said we needed 2 beds and didn't have had to go down stairs for extra blankets the shampoo bottles had hair all over and I was unders the impression breakfast was free. And it was not. Was surprised when I got the bill. And we checked out early and have yet to get a receipt or any difference back on my card. The front desk was not very informative of the check out.
A few things. Accountability to start with and cleanliness. Complete transparency on what we were purchasing.

Lacation
I stayed two nights. My room was not serviced. The room upstairs was unbelievably noisy. People were stomping around their room at 7:30 in the morning. I went to the lobby for a cup of coffee on the second day, Sunday and there was no complimentry coffee. Someone did replenish the pots 15 minutes later. Over all , next time I will look for other lodging.
