Property has spacious rooms, clean bathrooms, and separate space for work or chill. Location was excellent for our plans.

Only negative was to find a parking space, but it is understandable everywhere is the same so this is an issue that is out of their control.

Terrible.

Nothing

We did not want a handicap room. The bathroom in our hotel looked like an insane asylum with cockroaches running around on the floor. There was nothing to pull the suitcases on and we had a lot to get into our room. The room was dirty. And there’s a huge highway right next to the bottom floor window so we heard cars going all night long. We will never go there again.

This location was centrally located. The Manager, Miriam Calzada was absolutely the best hotel manager I have ever encountered. And we travel quite a bit, domestic and international. She went out of her way to show concern for my 82 year old mother. Breakfast was prepared with care, like we were eating at someone's home. So much care. The rooms were immaculate. Parking was spacious. Freeway access. Starbucks coffee. We even had menudo for breakfast on Sunday.

The staff was nice friendly room was clean .

The bar could be better. They could update the bar tray lemons were moldy , olives were hard , cherries were nasty, and girl at the bar just offered like that. Also the bell hop carts were scarce they need more than just 2 or have a sign stating not to keep in room and bring down when done. Other than that everything was good
