AC did not work. Room smelled and looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. Bedding felt used so we used our own.

Building is old and not in good shape, very noisy, I couldn't sleep due to all the noise. The traffic was extremely terrible. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff was no help. I have stayed at the embassy in Albuquerque, NM and that one is old also but its comfortable and quiet.

Gabrielle at the front desk is amazing! She was so kind and welcoming. This is a beautiful hotel, the room was clean, pool was warm and breakfast delicious! I’ll always stay at an Embassy suites if given the option.

It was lovely. Except, I called a couple days before and advised clerk that instead of 5 guest it was only 2 and I asked if price would change and clerk said yes after she changed it in the computer. We got there and clerk at front desk said yes notes were put in and it lower from 197 down to 164 but I was still charged 212 dollars. So when I saw what was charged I asked and no reason was given. Also we wanted to use the pool and it was out of order. For the price of the stay was too high for things like the pool being out of order and couldn’t use it! We should not have paid 212 and 164 was still high for not having what was advertised.

Room was very hot. Ac was not working well at all. Room run down. Not hotel quality. The lobby and restaurant of hotel are nice. Outside of hotel is nice. But in rooms it is motel quality. Balcony door was so hard to open. Tub peeling. Headboards peeling.

Last time we stayed there was a huge cockroach in our room. It was dead but still gross. This last time we had no hot water the morning of check out so we had to leave without a shower. We have stayed here for over 25 years but maybe it’s time for a change:( breakfast bar isn’t kept us and it’s just not the same sadly.

This is the second time I stay at the El Pado airport Embassy Suites. Both times several of my family members from different cities have stayed here at the same time. We love breakfast and the complimentary happy hour and the pool. Customer Service is EXCELLENT. I will stay here again.

Our favorite place to stay. We love the comfort and home feel. Front desk is always super friendly. Just this trip something wrong with the TV. We had to google how to work it and then the volume was very low.
