I did not stay at the property. I was first given a key to a room that was already occupied, which caused a serious issue. I was then given another room that was extremely dirty and unacceptable. I returned to the office and informed staff I would not be staying. Please issue a full refund, as I did not occupy any room.

If back in town again we will never stay here.

The location

We had to get transferred to 3 different rooms because the locks on the doors didn’t work, the rooms weren’t clean and smelled bad. The 3rd room had a flooded sink. We asked for more towels and was told that they give one big towel per room which was quite disappointing.

The floor was sticky and dirty. The bathroom flooded after every shower. The sink stink smell. The mattress all spring, the cot would have been more comfortable. My skin is still itchy

The customer service was great - the lady at the desk was beyond helpful and check in was a breeze.

I have never walked in to a room so dirty in my entire life. I walked in and out immediately after taking pictures and showing them to the clerk who said a refund would be given in the morning by the manager, which was a lie. They charged mr for the night after I had to find and pay for another hotel after a long drive. I know it’s a ‘cheap’ accommodation but I have never seen a room in these conditions. The 10$ you may be saving aren’t worth it.

If you're just in town to get to the airport, this is an affordable place to stay.

The staff was so nice and the room was surprisingly clean. The shuttle to/from the airport way timely, free - that's the main reason I stayed here. You have to cross 16 lanes of highway to get to the shopping area but there are lots of restaurants and shops right across.

The exterior of the hotel was not great, the sidewalks are not so easy to navigate, the pool was not swimmable, there was a chair in it and lots of dirt, the water was green. It's not that close to the airport...10 minutes. The remote didn't work.
