The bed was comfortable.

The first room that I was placed in the t v did not work.And that took quite a while for them to try to get it to work before they moved me to a different room. The floors seemed dirty, there was stuff on the floor and they were sticky. The tub had no drain stopper.I had to use a wash rag. In my new room, there was loud music playing outside close by for a while.

For the price, this hotel is a great choice especially if you’re traveling with a pet. Just be sure to call ahead and let them know, since they have specific rooms set aside for guests with pets. The staff was awesome super friendly and quick to help with anything I needed. The location is also great, right off the highway, which makes it really convenient if you’re just passing through. Overall, it’s a nice, affordable place to crash for the night. The breakfast is simple (yogurt, coffee, and juice), but it’s enough to get you going and back on the road. Definitely good value for the money!

One thing to note: there isn’t any grass around the property, so if you have a dog, you’ll need to take them elsewhere for bathroom breaks.

Incrediblly terrible experience. I have never had a similar issue with any other stay i’ve booked through bookings.com

Property was beat down, lock didn’t work, the showerhead had a sort of res slime surrounding it which at first glance i thought it was blood but after looking it up it seems it could be a sort of airborne bacteria that grows in moist areas. It is could share the picture of it i would. When i asked the receptionist, rachel, to switch my room since i didn’t feel comfortable showering in she received me with the most hostile attitude. Terrible service and nasty rooms. I didn’t even stay 2 hours out of the two nights i booked.

This has been our go to place when we are in El Paso. We like the location and the price.

This time we were on the first floor, highway side and traffic was noisy. The curtains let in too much light from the brightly lit parking lot. Our king mattress sunk in in the middle.

A great stay, despite the broken elevator.

Nice and conveniently located. Great staff. Great independent hotel.

The elevator for this 3 story hotel went out the week previous and was not yet repaired when I left. Apparently old, the parts were not readily available. Except for 1st floor guests, the only room access was via the outside fire escape. No interior stairs. I feel sorry for the staff, especially the room cleaners carrying everything around.

Rundown, but fine

It was definitely a bargain.

They had very high reviews, but it’s a bit rundown. The front desk person is behind thick plexiglass, which did not help me feel very safe. I would’ve had to drive to get to any kind of a restaurant, and after being in the car all day, I enjoy a walk for dinner.

The cleanliness of the hotel was great! It was an older building but I was very impressed with how clean it was.

Very affordable for one. Location perfect. Very clean. Front desk are so friendly.

Parking could be a bit full. Went out one night and came back late and there was no parking. Parked at the hospital and caught an uber back to hotel. In the morning we called an uber to take us back to our vehicle.
