I texted front desk at 2 in the morning that the room next to me was playing loud music. It was immediately addressed by staff and the loud music ceased. I was impressed and very grateful for the swift response

Great location right in central downtown El Paso. Easy to walk most places in the downtown, including the pedestrian bridge to Juarez. The hotel is very modern and comfortable.

The funny thing is, quite a few things went wrong during our stay. But thanks to the help of William, Tiffany, Dave, and Diego, among others, we got a great room where everything worked perfectly.
Thanks in part to them, we had a wonderful time in the vibrant city of El Paso and booked an extra night.
A stay without setbacks is, of course, more enjoyable. But as mentioned above, we have fond memories of Hotel Indigo.
