Was so looking forward to the stay but it didn’t match the expectation

Location

Have stayed before but it has been a few years; never with an experience like this check in staff girl was unwelcoming and the room smelled of urine. We decided to leave. Figured complaining would do no good.

A unique experience in a lovely hotel at a top location.

The funny thing is, quite a few things went wrong during our stay. But thanks to the help of William, Tiffany, Dave, and Diego, among others, we got a great room where everything worked perfectly. Thanks in part to them, we had a wonderful time in the vibrant city of El Paso and booked an extra night.

A stay without setbacks is, of course, more enjoyable. But as mentioned above, we have fond memories of Hotel Indigo.

Great stay, liked the bar area, everything clean comfortable and up-to-date. Nice staff too.

The one downside was the location - it’s downtown but I would have liked better restaurant options right nearby. I walked to a great taco place, but it was a significant walk.

The staff was very accommodating, patient and friendly.

I’m from El Paso but had never been a guest at the indigo. And it was so beautiful and welcoming.

More of knit picky things, there was no fridge in the room, only one towel to shower, the standard king was smaller then our liking but very comfortable. Lastly, the water in the shower would not cool and was scalding hot, could not shower comfortably.

I live in a loud city and noise doesn’t really bother me but the music was loud at about 7am. Might have been the room I stayed in though. I understand music in the mid morning to night, but not at 7am.

Definitely staying here on next El Paso trip

Rooms were super clean, bar was actually good with good food. Pool is a big plus. Parking is reasonably priced, and the valet service is fast and friendly. 100% would stay here again.

No big complaints… downtown El Paso isn’t the greatest, but didn’t seem dangerous.

Love the bed and the room and the staff. The food was phenomenal.

The music was too loud in the bar and pool area. I don’t mind loud music but there was nowhere to escape to if you preferred conversation over techno beats. There should be areas that are louder and areas that are quieter so people can gravitate toward what they prefer

Should have been much better for the price.

Well it started off with our valet... he said he would do us a solid and said he would give us free parking when we didn't know it came with the room until we checked in so of course we gave him a big tip. Then our bags where placed into a wrong room. I had to call and ask for our bags. Heater had ad error code, maintenance came in cleaned filter, it worked for awhile, came back into the room after having a drink in the bar no heat again. Called to front desk they said someone would be up. No heat all night but very comfy beds. Called back in the morning, Maintenance finally came and fixed heater still no hot water. We took Luke warm showers to get ready for our show downtown. Our stay was disappointing. Amazing breakfast Beautiful property, but the room needs upgrades heater not working and no hot water.

Great Stay!

The bed was comfy and the rooms were clean. I really enjoyed the attentiveness of the staff all around and quick to respond request and catered right away. I would book this place again, when looking for a stay in El Paso.

Elevator's were not working properly it was kind of scary. The valet workers were not very helpful when arrived, they made me feel a little lost in their process and seen a little unsettling. Over all a great place.

Lack of hotel employee noise control.

Location and valet service.

It was not even 0830 and the cleaning crew were already in the hallway making so much noise. I have stayed at quieter Motel 6s. I could not believe the amount of slamming and yelling across the hallway. When we checked out, you could hear cleaning crew’s conversation since it was on speaker. Guests do not pay to be woken up like that. I would not stay there again nor recommend this hotel because of the noise.

Nice property with pool, bar, valet parking, and good area

There were a few things we didn’t like. At check in we asked for no valer parking and no one gave us instructions or suggestions of where we could park our car. The parking fee was $50 plus $13 valet parking PER DAY. We had to pay for them since there weren’t any other options. The second discrepancy was that we found a bottle of an empty gatorade near the bed. We had just gotten to the room and we didn’t have gatorades. We assumed that was from a previous stay or from the housekeepers. Lastly, the girls at the bar were not very friendly at one point. They had asked us if we wanted something to drink at first and we said “not right now” and they moved on to attend other guests. Time passed and we decided to ask for a drink and they asked us especially for an ID when they weren’t asking anybody else for an ID. I got out pf the pool and went to my room and grabbed my ID a d went down to the bar. I stand at the bar for a good 5 minutes until one of the girls said “if you want to order something to drink you can also ask one of us at pool” and I said “I did try and you asked for my ID” and she sent me over to other bartender and NOBODY checked the ID. I was disappointed, I felt like no one wanted to help me.

Floors in my room were filthy. Pool area was not cleaned overnight and water was cloudy. However, the pool is nice. Brunch waiters at Mamacitas were rude about my prepayment for breakfast. Ignored me most of the time.

Girls Sleep over & bar hopping, great stay!

Facilities, decor, location, bar, terrace, parking, drinks...wonderfull. Loved my room, decor so representative of the El Paso -Juarez region. The Terrace area.. wonderful, the pool looked awesome. The hotel has alot of decor details I really loved. We went bar hopping downtown..everything was walkable distance. Breakfast at Mamacitas restaurant in ground floor. Very good.
