Location and great vibe
There is no microwave in the rooms which is very inconvenient as you have to go all the was down to the lobby to use the microwave.

Location, the room, bed and pillows really confortable, the view, temperature, cleaning in general

I liked the ambiance of an old building being renovated. The window views also added to the ambiance. Noise level was minimal, so it was easy to fall asleep and stay asleep, neighbors were quiet. The utilities were brand new and functional and overall clean (with exception to the shower).
Loose hair was noted all along the walls of the shower (so very obvious that it hadn't been cleaned thoroughly). Loose hair was also noted along the pillows of the "newly made bed". Had to ask the front desk for bar soap to wash my hands because the bathroom counter only had a small bottle of Dry Bar lotion and shampoo that looked used. Having single ply toilet paper was a little disappointing for the price that I paid per night. There's also not enough garbage receptacles in a single room.
