Cozy and bright

Very nice hotel with very friendly and welcoming employees and super comfortable beds. Price was reasonable

Very centrally located downtown so no convenient place to walk our dog nearby. We also had to wait on a parade to end to get to the hotel. These are exceptional circumstances though

Location was convenient, but the cleanliness (or lack thereof) and stingy amenities made it meh.

I liked the ambiance of an old building being renovated. The window views also added to the ambiance. Noise level was minimal, so it was easy to fall asleep and stay asleep, neighbors were quiet. The utilities were brand new and functional and overall clean (with exception to the shower).

Loose hair was noted all along the walls of the shower (so very obvious that it hadn't been cleaned thoroughly). Loose hair was also noted along the pillows of the "newly made bed". Had to ask the front desk for bar soap to wash my hands because the bathroom counter only had a small bottle of Dry Bar lotion and shampoo that looked used. Having single ply toilet paper was a little disappointing for the price that I paid per night. There's also not enough garbage receptacles in a single room.

Great stay and location in downtown El Paso.

The staff was super helpful and accommodating. Loved that there was valet parking, and my car was secured overnight. Check out time at 12 enabled me to spend more time downtown El Paso with friends.

Cool groovey funky place. A real treat!

Such a cool building. I remember this old building in El Paso and to see it reimagined into these cool hotel rooms was so fun!

No coffee in the morning but they brewed us a pot! Breakfast was not included and we had just gotten back from traveling Asia for a month and all the hotels include breakfast so that was the only thing that did not meet my expectations.

It was ok!

The property was amazing the only issue was the location. We arrived as a event was happening and there is no parking so had to pay extra for Vallet parking that’s why we decided to leave early. Rooms are too small for the price and the beds are too small. The door to the bathroom is very hard to shut and I would have enjoyed a tub to take a hot bath.

Very clean and modern in an older building. Check in was easy. Rooms were clean, fresh and comfortable. Bathroom and shower also clean. Within walking distance of restaurants, bars and other attractions.

Horrible customer service: DO NOT RECOMMEND

Nothing. Since what I rented and what was provided was entirely different and the hotel staff didn’t seem to care, nor attempt at resolving the issue. To be clear, the advertisement for the room purchased via booking.com clearly showed both a living room and bedroom as part of the rental. However, upon checkin, I was provided a room with only the bedroom. I explained this to hotel customer service and they couldn’t have cared less. I left a message for the hotel’s marketing manager to call me. She, to this day, has not. I checked in out within the same hour.

The entire experience. Short of a full refund, I will not be using Booking.com or staying at the Aloft El Paso ever again.
