Front Staff at check in and at all times. Breakfast was TERRIBLE, seemed as if friends or co-workers eating BF, NO milk, orange juice on container on counter and it was warm as not in ice, only had waffle mix, old bread, NO Eggs or sausage. Had no tv remote in room, had no iron, plus pad on ironing board was old old and would not stay on ironing board. Had to walk back to front desk to try and get said items, several times back to front desk.Guy at front desk rude. Morning lady at front desk rude as well, both more interested in talking to their friend than helping me. Sink had no stopper and Bad Smell coming from sink.

Overall we only used the room to sleep because we were out and about all day.. but the room was a bit out dated and not

I liked the location it was close to the border and shopping centers and highway access made it easier to get ti where i needed to.

Bathroom was rusted so the shower faucet was really hard to turn on.. previous cleaning up on checking in wasn’t fully done so bath tub was yellow there was trash left behind from previous occupants that was not picked up.. and there were holes on some of the walls..

Our first room the toilet didn’t work so we got moved and in that room the fridge didn’t work. There were roaches. The microwave was rusting on the insane, the sheets had holes and stains, we got locked out of our room several times because the key stopped working. The staff offered to give us a master key which seemed dangerous cause like why would you give a random customer a master key and they also didn’t ask for proof of identification before unlocking our room with the master key so I’m not exactly sure how safe this hotel is. I’m not usually the type to give reviews but this stay was really bad I wish I could’ve gotten a refund. Listen to all of the reviews guys!! I understand it’s a quality inn so it won’t be the best but it was really bad lol

From all the Clea I had to do .... I could have at least received a discount or even on my next visi

I asked for room service while our stay. During those days we didn't have the room service . No clean towels, or trash taken out. Nothing absolutely nothing was done to our room. I had to sweep and take out trash. The am lady on Friday was told by me that I wanted room service and said "ok". The afternoon guy was also told by me and he said it would get done and nope it didn't either ....

I appreciated a place to stay but would of liked to have stayed somewhere a little more friendly and a little.more put together. A better dwlivery of service.

I dont know where people were eating their breakfast. The shower and surrounding stucco peeling away. The bathroom light and 1 bdrm light fixture flickering as if were at a disco party thankful we do not have epiletic medical history. Crusty and falling apart bath towels. Stained bottom of tubs. The overall entrance and exterior building could use an upgrade. Very few friendly staff encountered during my stay.

always stay at the hotel when I go to El Paso- this time I wasn’t impressed. The front desk person had an attitude, our room had no remote, no towels, had cigarette burns all over, dryer was broken, shower rod barely hanging on the wall, I had to use my hair clips to keep shower curtain closed.

Nothing everyone there is very unprofessional and the elevator was a nightmare and filthy..no one cleans it no one maintenance it and they are the worse in giving you towels . Ask and sent me on a run around. Bad experience.

The staff was helpful, nice, attentive and respectful and quick to assist. 3 great restaurants, gas station, convenience grocery store, with extended hours, right next door within walking distance. Good location. 10-15 minutes away by car from International airport. Has a pool with good hours, 10a-10p. Computer access near front desk. Building looks nice from far away. Floors in rooms instead of dirty carpet. Reasonably priced and good value. No deposit held. Interesting and fairly healthy complimentary daily breakfast with waffle iron. Mini-fridge, very cold and microwave in room. Iron and ironing board in room. Privacy. Nice large dining area downstairs near lobby, front desk where complimentary breakfast is offered. Good A/C in room. Loitering on stairs by guests discouraged, not allowed by staff. Plenty of parking. Decent amenities. Very close to freeway. Easy check-in and out. Clean sheets. Comfortable beds. Drinking fountain in lobby with tap water.

No garbage can in room or bathroom. Garbage cans near stairs outside room. Vending machine near front desk did not work. Only one elevator on property did not work sometimes. Not enough stairs to 2cnd floor, too far apart. Dining room area locked after 9am, when complimentary breakfast was over. Complimentary breakfast too early from 6am-9am. Looked unsafe or sketchy upon night arrival. Men loitering outside rooms. Women loud, yelling during night. Looks like local and poor people stay there, maybe homeless people. Felt unsafe at times for woman by herself. Outside of property, walkways look old, rundown and dirty. Free Wi-Fi works only near front check-in desk but not in rooms. Room key card did not always work. Ice machine far away from room. Most accessible water was tap water.

Easy access to Freeway and where we needed to be.

First morning coffee was cold. They left milk out should have put it in ice. Did not receive room service at all. We had to keep asking for towels. The ceiling in the bathtub was peeling and coming loose. I would recommend it getting repaired. First night TV broken had to ask for a new one. Several nights there was a commotion outside from 10pm - 4 am. Was unable to slee

Roach in bathroom. Floor dirty and stained. Bathtub was literally broken with bar in middle laying in holes of shower enclosure. Bath mat old torn. Water in tub took extra strength/pulling to turn water on then it was just a dribble

The worst stay of my life

The ubication

1.- In general, the place is too dirty (lobby, corridors, rooms). 2.- When checking the Inn, they gave us an uncleaned (dirty) room 3.- They moved us to another room, but it did not have bedding. 4.- On July 1, 2023, when we returned at night, we found the room dirty. 5.- They gave us amenities and bedding so that we can clean the room for you. 6.- On July 2, 2023 (Sunday), we went down to have breakfast at 8:30 and there was no food. 7.- The establishment is a fraud, as they offer a hotel with excellent facilities in exchange for a high price and deliver a lousy service, the complete opposite of what they offer through online booking sites.

Breakfast was a disaster. Scrambled eggs and sausages and waffles. Scrambled eggs were okay. Sausages had been warmed more than twice. Some were inedible. Ran. Out of waffle mix on our third morning. Blamed it on delivery. Desk help was a joke. Always playing around while checking in customers. When we arrived, Police were arresting a man and were looking for a woman, who was hiding in lobby. No personal service in breakfast room. Very rude breakfast manager. Not will not, but CANNOT RECOMMEND this motel .

Absolutely nothing this is the most terrible place with the trashiest front desk unprofessional girls.

EVERYTHING! This is the most filthiest, unsafe, unsanitary, dump of a hotel i’ve ever experienced. I didn’t even want to see the room I needed to cancel but i’ve been given the hardest time with booking.com and the front desk of Quality Inn.

The hotel is located in a crime infested area. The rooms are dirty, the beds are stained with blood or some weird substance, no towels, dirty floors, pubic hair all over the shower, and very rude staff who never respond when called on the phone.
