Staff is Awesome!

The staff was accommodating and friendly. Very helpful.

Beds a little lumpy but was still able to sleep. So no harm done

The area was conveniently located

The room was supposed to have an oven and there wasn’t one, staff never told me that we only got one set of towels the whole stay so I had to use a dirty towel with no way to wash, room was dirty my daughter caught a virus. The ac unit kept going out because the plug wouldn’t stay in the wall without me using a night stand to hold it into place.

This has been by far the worst hotel I have stayed in El Paso , Texas. We visit family and for work every two to three

Location was ok.

You can’t check in after 6:50 pm . Customer service was rude and talk down to their customers. Bugs on their beds couldn’t sleep at night because they would crawl on us. Rooms needed to be updated. Very dirty and old .

Reservation canceled last minute

Front desk called us at 11am to let us know they couldn't accept our reservation due to no availability. It was very frustrating to receive that call as we were on the road driving to our destination. We had to change our plans and quickly find somewhere else to stay before getting into town.

Having a after business hours contact number, when I was lock out of my room 2-days before checkout day.

Lockout of my room before my checkout date, 2-days before and no apology. Only a reason of assumption on their part and having my contact phone number on file incorrectly.

Disappointing

Unfortunately, the room especially the carpet and furniture need to be replaced. The expectations(photos) presented in the different travel guide/hospitality websites need to be changed and stop misleading people. Well, the reality is different.

People for the price they charge you spend a couple of bucks more and stay a better hotel

I like nothing about this location it's too run down, broken and out dated in need of remodeling and everything in the rooms is antiquated from 20 years ago the owner has invested his money to keep rooms new and updated

This property is run down, falling apart, old and ghetto foe the price they charge. And this a rat 🐀 hole, ghetto, slum hotel for the high price. Honestly avoid this hotel

Nada de lo que ofrecen en fotos es real. Tuve que discutir con el caballero de la oficina para que me cambiara de habitación. Me dieron una habitación llena de hongos y pestes, dejando claro en la reserva que tengo 2 menores. Me abren la puerta en la mañana sin previo aviso, sin saber si estoy vestida o no. O si mis menores están vestidos o no. Una total decepción. Dinero mal gastado.
