The counter person was nice but that didn't change the run-down condition of the room. There were blood drops on the cover of one bed. The bathroom door had a hole punched in it from the inside. The bathroom floor was badly warped and the toilet leaned to the left as a result. We came in at 2am so no time for changes and left by 6am so we lived with it but it was definitely a bad experience.

The room itself needs a top to bottom scrub down. Its just dirty. The curtains had boogers or something stuck to them, all the towles and sheets had stains. Looked like brown stains. Room smelt mildewy. The balcony was disgusting. Didnt even go out there, had trash and tons of bird poop. Our key card stopped working twice.

It was very dissatisfying..upon my arrival, as I was needing to use the men’s restroom after a 5 hour drive, found there was No paper towels to dry my hands after washing..! The front desk service clerk responded by letting me know that their shipment hand not come in, so they are out of hand wipes…in addition, the clerk advised me that there was NO hot water as well & there was NO fix in site, since the hot water had been out since the night before…I asked if the hot water was not up & running by my 3:00 p.m. checkin time, could I be Refunded so I could book a room elsewhere, but I was advised that I would have to go thru the company (Expedia) for my refund…! It was a very displeasing experience.. I typically stay at this hotel due to its convenient location..! I will No longer be booking my stay at this hotel..!

Had two rooms. Dead Bugs in coffee after poured from carafe, breakfast served a joke. Room key had to be replaced every time we returned to room 180, Shower didn’t work in 180, curtains looked like they had poop in them at the bottom. Cracks in walls. Floor dirty and left dirt on rag when I washed my feet.

It was dirty asf, the floor was dirty had dust and hair that wasn’t mine , the pillows under the cases were very yellow, we had stains on the bed sheets, the tub has seen better days, a bunch of weird suspicious stains on the wall that were brown and red. Sink was busted and leaking water. Don’t stay here unless you acknowledge you get what you pay for. Smelt really bad outside like cat piss. It was gross I didn’t walk around without shoes and we just left, didn’t even bother to shower. I paid $79 it’s more like $50 stay I would say.

Checking in was terrible. Girl didn’t listen/understand it was 2 rooms under different names. She clearly was frustrated with us and either was only half trained or just didn’t want to deal with us. Finally got 2 rooms (on the 3rd floor) and Initially told us to open second room from the adjoining door. (It was crewed shut) had to ask for second key card. Checked rooms and one was very dirty. Looked like adult shenanigans took place all over the bed/sheets and they weren’t changed. Explained to front office and had to go back to the room to take pictures to prove it before they would do anything. Showed pictures and got room changed. New room was better but only 1 towel and no toilet paper. Had to go back and ask for toilet paper. Bathtub was gross with stains on the walls. Only good thing was the BBQ place around the corner from the hotel and the beds were actually decent

I wanted to extend my stay as it was for a staycation for my family and I. When I went to the front office the lady in the front was crying on a personal phone call and refused to assist me. My family and I used the pool and they were unable to provide with towels that same night. The pool had a poor condition but that was the purpose of my staycation so we made it work. I ended up leaving a whole day and night early due to not having towels to shower.

I wanted to swim in the pool that’s the only reason I booked the room. The pool was dirty, green from algae I had to scoop up the dead bugs. I been here before it use to be really nice. We still swam but it was uncomfortable. The area around the pool needs a lot of work.

Woke up to the upstairs room people screaming having sex. Front desk guy at night (1:00AM) was unpleasant. Was eating a hot pocket and Doritos and still had food in his moulth while talking, couldn’t even understand what he was saying. Put me and my family probably in the worst room possible, the room was filthy dirty with dust and stains on the sheets ,walls and mattresses had big dark stains in all honesty looked like blood. The bathroom tub was nasty and the door to the bathroom full of body fluids stains. Me and my family had to sleep on top of the bed sheets with our own blankets and clothes, I did not leave the hotel just because we were too tired and all hotels were booked (Due to a Coldplay concert). Also the pool was temporarily closed and I paid over $300 for 2 nights I only stayed for 6 hours just to get some rest after traveling 9 hours.

AC was broken every single day of our stay. So so hot. So dusty was hard to breathe. Brown and red stains on sheets. Holes in comforter. Most uncomfortable pillows ever (yellow pee stains inside). Toilet and sink clogged on day one. Sketchy people outside. Was the worst stay i've ever had. Only the cleaning ladies going around were nice. Horrible experience-- never coming back!

The rooms were incredibly filthy. Shockingly filthy. The walls were gross, there was food, dried contact lenses, and worst of all, stains on their pillows and bodily fluids on the bed sheets (yes, the type of body fluids you’re thinking of). The bathrooms were atrocious. Wouldn’t shower there. Wouldn’t even lay down on the beds. Immediately checked out 10 minutes after my check in. The staff couldn’t be bothered by my concerns and nearly refused to refund me 6 night stay (I only stayed 10 minutes). Shoutout to Expedia for advocating for me and for fighting for this refund. Do not recommend for families. If you’re there for “certain activities” then this is the hotel for you.

I secured my this through the Expedia app. I was booked in for two nights. I checked in and got my room key. Once I went into the room I was disgusted as the walls around the shower were falling off. The shower fan screamed like it was going to catch fire. I decided to make the best of it. I woke up to no hot water…. I ended up with no hot water for a shower either day as it never worked and I was advised it’s an issue via management. And if you enjoy dog poop. Go behind this gem! Gross. Save yourself the bad experience. There’s more, but that’s enough.
