How this property is rated so highly I will never understand. It is old, dank, musty, stains on the wall and floor, holes and boogers on the wall. The shower was dirty. It makes me question the rating system, an La Quinta will no longer be my default brand. I still feel gross

The staff at the front desk was nice but the room was dirty especially the bathroom. My son described it that it looked liked someone got sick on the walls. I dropped an earring back which made me notice how dirty the floors were. Looks like the clean the middle of the floors but not all the way up to the walls or beds. It was so noisy being so close to the freeway that we couldn’t sleep

Check in was quick and easy. Staff very friendly and courteous. Room floor in need of repair/replacement. Vinyl floor bubbling up and warped. Bed was comfortable. Room temperature difficult to regulate to comfortable temperature and was overly warm. Room key worked well this time. Thank you.

Property needing update. Noted cracked and broken tiles upon entering the hotel. Carpets looked worn. Rooms fairly comfortable. Could hear dog from next door though the walls. Rooms were clean but poorly stocked, ie 1/2 roll of toilet paper total, no tissues (had to ask front desk for replacements). Shower clean. Shower head needs descaling. Key cards need to be reprogrammed daily. Overall, our stay was comfortable.

A light was burned out in the lamp on the desk. My husband and unscrewed the bulb and took it to the front desk to ask for a replacement. They said they would get one. We never received it. It was still empty when we checked out.

How do we give a negative rating. The floors were peeling up so you stub you toe. Paint was peeling off the walls. And paint had been spilled on the floor with no cleanup. Worst hotel I’ve stayed in years!
