About this house rental

Entire cozy house for rent!!! Beautiful 3 bedroom/3 bathroom home located in historic Sunset Heights. Located near UTEP, Sunbowl, and downtown. Restaurants, bars and parks around the area. Coffee shop just down the street. Easy access to I-10. Minutes away from multiple hospitals. This is a prime location with access to everything you need!

About the home:
Bedroom one has a queen bed with full restroom.
Bedroom two has full bed with full restroom
Bedroom three has queen bed with computer desk/ work area.
All restrooms with shampoo and conditioner included.
Laundry room with washer and dryer (detergent included)
Full kitchen with stainless steel range and fridge.
Home is very cozy and welcoming. Spacious living area.
Small intimate backyard with pergola and seating area for you to enjoy mornings and evenings.

We fit just right. House was very clean. Kitchen was well equipped and very clean. Closets were a little awkward but worked out ok.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had business at the Convention Ctr and this was ideal for that as it’s only about 10 minutes away. The view of the mountains from the front porch is lovely. We were very comfortable even though we aren’t used to the desert heat. The only suggestion for improvement would be to add ceiling fans to accommodate some air movement.
