Entire cozy house for rent!!! Beautiful 3 bedroom/3 bathroom home located in historic Sunset Heights. Located near UTEP, Sunbowl, and downtown. Restaurants, bars and parks around the area. Coffee shop just down the street. Easy access to I-10. Minutes away from multiple hospitals. This is a prime location with access to everything you need!

We fit just right. House was very clean. Kitchen was well equipped and very clean. Closets were a little awkward but worked out ok.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had business at the Convention Ctr and this was ideal for that as it’s only about 10 minutes away. The view of the mountains from the front porch is lovely. We were very comfortable even though we aren’t used to the desert heat. The only suggestion for improvement would be to add ceiling fans to accommodate some air movement.

Location was great, easy access to i10, quiet neighborhood. The house was very roomy and cozy! We spent Christmas here and they decorated for the holiday! Love that 2 bedrooms have their own restrooms with shower and speaker in the lights! Host is very nice and responds quick to any questions or concerns we have. Saved in my favorites
