About this house rental
The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. This is a very cozy home. There will be a mandatory waiver that you need to sign in order to use the swimming pool. The Pool rules are: 1. No child unattended, 1 child/1 adult ratio in pool. 2. Children under 5 mandatory floaties. 3. No glass items in backyard. 4. No running. 5. No jumping from surfaces. If cameras view you in pool without signing waiver you will be evicted without refund. This is for your safety. Thank you kindly!

3 bedrooms. master suite has private bathroom with shower. 2nd bathroom is in center of home with 2 accessible doors bedrooms are spacious and freshly painted. If the neighbors can hear you , they will call law enforcement fyi

up to 6 tenants. pool gatherings and get togethers are welcomed but no crazy frat parties allowed. extra guests require approval and an extra fee. NO Pets allowed, unless they fulfill medical assist guideline.
