About this house rental
Conveniently located near downtown, 5 Points, and UTEP, this beautifully remodeled 113-year-old home blends historic charm w/ modern luxury. Thoughtfully updated while preserving its original character, the home features stylish finishes and inviting spaces perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Step outside to enjoy the patio, ideal for unwinding while taking in a truly marvelous view of the city skyline. Elegance, comfort & location! Parking in the back for easy access to the house.
The space
3 bedrooms with two bedrooms having bunk beds. The 1st bed has a twin and a full bunk bed able to fit 3 total guests. The 2nd bedroom has bunk beds with twin size, to fit 2 guests. The primary bedroom has a queen bed to fit 2 guests, totaling 7 guests. There is a side yard where you can have your pets use, please pick up after their droppings to avoid additional fees. The hot tub is in the backyard. There is parking for 2 cars on the back of the property, entering through the alley. Please try not to block the garage as it is used for personal storage. Please no smoking inside the property and directly near the house, as the smoke may enter and cause an odor leading to additional cleaning fee.

Use any part of the property EXCEPT the basement & garage.
Other things to note
Please do not overload the washer and dryer, so the units wont get damaged. Don't forget to add your pet to your initial reservation to avoid additional fees. First pet is $60 and $25 for any additional pet after. There is a vacuum at the property in case your pet sheds a lot. If there is excessive pet hair, there may be additional cleaning fee of up to $80.
Please try not to block the garage as it is used for personal storage. Please no smoking inside the property and directly near the house, as the smoke may enter and cause an odor leading to additional cleaning fee.
Please take trash bins out to the alley on Thursday evening. Trash is picked up on Friday mornings and return them to their assigned area after. Do not leave then in the alley so vehicles can access it.
Note to guest: I am not responsible if hot tub goes out during or shortly before your booking and will only credit $10 a day if it’s out of order. We cannot control when it goes out as the maintenance is tedious.
