About this space
Just a 10-minute walk from the American Consulate to do your immigration paperwork. Gated subdivision, very safe with parks, 24/7 surveillance and family atmosphere. Transportation El Paso-Cd airport. Juarez available, ask to schedule.
Only 5 minutes walking to US consulate. No required transport to get migratory procedure and to the best Juárez shopping mall. Gated community with security guard 24/7, parks and familiar ambiance. Need transportation from El Paso airport? Ask us!
The space
The best way to feel at home, you will have access to the entire house, you can enjoy the pleasant sunsets in our patio, which has room for everyone in the two outdoor dining rooms available, as well as prepare a delicious barbecue in our wood or gas grills; you decide.
Guest access
In our Garden, you also have access to an outdoor dining room to enjoy a quiet morning in the company of whoever you want, with the privacy that a gated community like ours offers you. You don't want to leave!
Other things to note
We do not allow parties, pets or smoking inside the house (there will be a charge if the smell of cigarettes is detected) we hope it will not be inconvenient for you.
We have umbrellas and umbrellas for you if you have an appointment at the consulate or simply decide to go for a walk around.
