Cozy 2-bedroom house in welcoming El Paso with WiFi, AC entire home

Very cute little place. Central ocation made it very easy to get to most places

Perfect location for attending a conference at the convention center.

Lets start with the Pros because the con is such a deal breaker - We arrived there for the 4th of July weekend, we needed a place to be near Downtown El Paso and this fit the bill. its only 15 minutes away from the Convention Center and the Baseball field, super convenient also its literally a street away off the freeway! very surface clean, small enclosed patio perfect for small dogs, bed was comfy, blankets, towels, soap, was provided. 2 bedroom house with a kitchen and a living room is waaay better than a stuffy, overpriced hotel room in my opinion. Oh the AC was flawless and when we stayed there El Paso was 100 degrees but the home stayed a cool 73. Cute little home for sure. THE CON - as soon as we walked in there the stench of cat pee was overwhelming that my wife had to cover her nose under her shirt most of our stay; it was so pungent. The various amounts of air fresheners left throughout the home by the owner weren't enough to cover it up. We couldn't leave because the holyday weekend drove the hotel prices so high we had no option. Personally the fwy noise was annoyingly loud but my son and wife didn't mind it so I guess that's all preference? I don't know. After our stay I made the stench known to the owner, and he said he'd, "look into it" - this could be a little gem cuz it's so convenient and quaint but sadly the cat pee was too much and therefore I cant give it recommendation. Defiantly would not stay there again with that smell.

Host communication was awesome and very helpful. Area was quiet and calm- very easy to rest in (also easy to get around the area on the weekend). The home was clean and well organized. Only thing extra I would ask for is some big/warm comforters because my partner likes to freeze me with the AC, but the air works very well if that helps! Would rent here again for sure!

Great host and very well kept and clean property and a steal for the price

Great communication with the host! He replied quickly and offered easy to follow instructions for access. The house is well tended with all the basics provided. It is a few blocks off the freeway which was perfect for us as we wanted to hit the road early the next morning. Great for couples or groups. We had no problems and would stay again.
