Overpriced and extremely smaller than the picture appear Online.

Walking distance to the beach.

The code to get into the room did not get emailed to us and one of the residents at The Place staying for a month for Moore had our room code to get in.

The property was ok. However our unit was not in the property. It was on the Main Street above a storefront. It was not good. Street noise, view of garbage etc.

Everything. Adult exclusive. Good location. Free breakfast with Starbucks beverages. Heated pool + jacuzzi + relaxing environment. Privacy. Free wine and cheese and crackers from 5pm-7pm. Staff Jodie and Lacash are excellent at their jobs.

The room smelled musty from the air conditioner when we first arrived (the outside temperature and humidity were very high). Hotel staff quickly resolved the issue by disinfecting the air conditioner.

Good location, hotel needs to be cleaner

Proximity to Duval Street. Water pressure in shower. Comfortable bed.

Filthy pool area. Needed a power wash. Floors in queen suite were not clean as seen on the bottoms of our feet turning black. Air conditioning not adjustable. Would not allow a one hour extension at checkout.

Great hideaway near center of town

Pool was just right, breakfast was fresh, great staff, comfy beds and pillows, low noise, no kids, well maintained, beautifully landscaped.

Room never dried out entirely, always a little damp. Maybe a stronger AC or exhaust fan. Floor always seemed a little sticky, not dirty just never dry. Water pressure low and hard to suds up.

Beware! They lure you in with beautiful pictures, but that is not what you get! Intentionally deceptive and dishonest!

Beware! Fraud! Fraud! Fraud! We had reservations July 7-10. I booked this inn based on the description of the rooms and the beautiful pictures of the inn and area. It was our first time to the Keys and we wanted to stay at an inn/resort with that tropical feel. The description and pictures were what we were looking for, so we booked with the option of cancellation. (The cancellation cut off date was a few days prior to our arrival.)We arrived at the inn on the evening of July 7th. We were excited to see the beautiful inn with all of the tropical trees, etc! We checked in and then was told by the receptionist that she would walk us to our room, because it was not part of the main inn. She walked us down the street to an old building which housed a massage parlor. Our room was above the massage parlor!!!! There was no beautiful inn and no tropical vibe! Just a dirty building, a massage parlor and our room on its own away from the beautiful main inn. I immediately expressed our concerns and explained that this was not shown on booking.com. There was nothing in the description or pictures that would tell us that the room we booked was not part of the main inn! The receptionist immediately blamed it on booking.com and said that the property owners do not provide pictures to booking.com. She said that booking.com takes the photos and posts the info so it was their fault that we were mislead. She then told me that before booking I should have called the inn to ensure that the photos were correct or that I could have looked at their website for more info. (Well, even the property website did not disclose the location of the room we booked! It has the same description as booking.com. It states that it has a private entrance, but all the rooms do…) We were advised to call booking.com. I did. I explained the issue. The service rep put me on hold while contacting the property manager, Mike.

The breakfast was a continental breakfast and included fresh fruit, pastries, waffles, eggs, coffee and a variety of juices.

We were a party of four but only got 2 towels and waters. However, we went to the reception area and were given what we needed.

The outside is beautiful and grounds are well kept. It definitely gave an authentic Key West vibe. They have several bikes and we rented four. They had fresh beach towels always available by the pool. We checked in during the late afternoon and they had string cheese and a selection of wine and chips. Beds were comfortable.

Front desk closes at 10:00pm. There was a weird shutter on the inside of our room door that was not secured and it made it awkward to get in and out of the room. The pillows are extremely high. Wish they would give an additional choice.
