Water and coffee available throughout day. Nice for filling water bottles. Good location. Happy hour snacks nice addition. Room comfortable, clean and spacious. Staff friendly.
Had to ask about restocking breakfast items. (Person in charge was checking people in and stocking breakfast). Waffle mix not working/mixed correctly all week. Inappropriate music playing in lobby one evening by staff person.

The location was great, in the middle of town. The grounds were clean and well kept. Pool was nice and clean. The free Starbucks coffee was a great plus! Staff were pleasant and helpful.
We loved the cottage we stayed in. It was near the street and a little loud on Sat night but, it couldn’t be helped by staff.

Beautiful grounds
Flooring in the Royal Poinciana was very spongy feeling. There was also a hole in the floor near the bedroom.

Walking distance to the beach.
The code to get into the room did not get emailed to us and one of the residents at The Place staying for a month for Moore had our room code to get in.
