Fun Time

Location ...the proximity to Duval Street. We were in the Lime Tree Room. It was very spacious and we had a lime tree trunk in the bathroom. The king bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was nice. we did not use the pool.

The parking garage was a long walk for us seniors. The loud music at a bar on Duval Street was very noticeable in that room .....glad for the provided sound machine.

Room was a bit small for 3 adults as well as bathroom, a vanity next to sink would have helped a lot. Beds were comfy and a/c was great. Loved the patio/outdoor atmosphere right outside our door.

We liked everything but if looking for areas of improvement: Could use hook for towels right outside of shower. Coffee pot can’t reach plug in. Breakfast the exact same every day which was okay but a change would be nice.

Quaint looking space, accommodations somewhat lacking

The courtyard was very nice and we enjoyed having breakfast outdoors every morning. Overall, the property looked nice and reasonably well maintained, for the most part.

The bathroom in our room was in extremely rough shape. The floor was coming apart and had giant divots while the shower had the tiniest trickle of water and it was mostly cold. In general the fixtures looked like 30 year old builder-grade fixtures… installed poorly. Also, our fault for not realizing that it was going to be very loud in that location and we would go to sleep listening to very loud cover bands every evening.

Breakfast was lovely every morning but would have liked to have seen a bit more variety. Maybe mini bagels for less bread or english muffins. Maybe fresh fruit cut up, granola for the yogurt but it was very good and we used it every morning. make honey available Staff was very easy to work with and very helpful with questions. Phil and the girl too

The GM is certainly working on this but the hotel with the band behind Old Town Manor was WAY too LOUD and they played until 11:30 typically. Needs to stop asap or have a sound barrier of some sort

Avoid if you want peace and quiet in the evening.

It's close to Duval street and the front desk lady was very helpful and kind.

My biggest problem with this property is that it's right next to a bar that plays loud, live music. They play until 23:00. So if you plan on staying in your room and rest forget about it. Also the chatter and loud talking that follows is nothing to ignore either. If you don't mind the noise and you are there to party, there is a bar that plays loud music right next to you 😂 Also the place could do with some reparations. I dig the charm of the place, it's what you'll usually find here but still some work can be done to it. Things can be improved.

I would recommend this place because of the fantastic location and the value.

Location is excellent. Breakfast was invluded and was great. Breakfast area is located in the bavkyard which was really pretty. Staff is very friendly.

It was very loud. There does not seem to be a lot of insulation. Noise from the outside as well as from the inside. The room we had was facing Duval Street and the music was very loud at least until midnight.

The only real negative that is out of the property’s control is there is a family of chickens that reside on the grounds. That’s not the problem. The real issue is the roosters. They don’t care if you want to sleep. Crowing commences at daybreak.

Lovely weekend at a lovely property

The room was adorable and well-sized, the grounds itself are so cute and give a "tucked away" feeling despite being steps off Duval Street. The location was great, staff was all pleasant, and having breakfast available in the mornings was so easy/nice. Would absolutely stay again!

Old Town Manor is one of the best places we've stayed at while traveling.

This well maintained property is close to all local attractions. The staff was friendly and assisted us getting settled in our room. The room was spacious and very comfortable, and the bathroom was very nice. The breakfast had a variety of delicious items and the outside patio was very nice. Old Town Manor exceeded our expectations. My husband and I would highly recommend this facility to anyone planning a trip to Key West.
