Just for one night

I stayed at Hyatt Centric Key West Resort & Spa for 1 night with my 3 kids (from 7 to 15) and partner. We liked the interior part of the room, but all the common area (corridors in particular) were very old and in need of an important renovation. We also liked the position of the place, just in front of the Ocean

We paid a huge amount of money for one night and we did feel what we got was worth it.

Room location and size were adequate. View was very good. Shower and bathroom accessories were very good. Response to issues was timely.

Electrical outlet that was not operating properly was not fully resolved. An extension cord was provided to reach CPap machine. Could use additional lighting it the hall closet.

Hyatt Centric Big Renovations Due

The view and 2 balconies were worth the upgrade. Best location in Key West. The presentation and flavor of the food at the Four Flamingos Restaurant was 1000% on point. All of the employees were extraordinary customer service professionals. When I discussed the disappointment of the guest room, the checkout representative stated that their "big renovation" is set for 2027.

The room was dated, small, and worn out. There was an open bottle of tequila in the mini fridge when we got there (as if not cleaned out from the previous guests). The pool area was small.

Convenient to downtown, with a great pool and a warm welcome topped off by complimentary cocktails.

Loved the warm welcome, complimentary cocktails were a perfect touch and set the tone for a wonderful stay. Convenient to rent a golf cart and close to all the attractions. Restaurant and bar were phenomenal and loved the refreshing fruit tray.

Amazing property right in the middle of everything!

Our room was spotless and absolutely beautiful, with a breathtaking view from the balcony. The staff was wonderful and the location couldn’t have been better. If you’re planning a trip to Key West, I highly recommend staying here!

For the price, breakfast should at least be included. There was no Do Not Disturb door hanger. The coffee maker didn’t work properly. The iron leaked out water when trying to iron my dress using the steam function. The elevator was broken so I had to drag my heavy bag down the stairs by myself.

Very relaxing, great location

The hotel is beautiful, directly on the sea, the rooms and bathrooms are lovely. I loved getting up in the morning and reading my book in peace whilst looking over the water. Location is perfect, must go to the Sunset Pier just around the corner

We checked the price of the hotel for the same time we was there and found that the rooms were cheaper than we had paid, I always feel better to book early but in this instance we could have been nearly a £1,000 better off

Will never trust the staff there again.

The staff cancelled my reservation made in January at the last minute and before check in. I called 2 hours before check in to confirm and they told me the room was not quite ready but I could drop my bags and use the facilities . At 3:30 I tried to check in and was told they didn’t have room for me. Horrible experience. Tried to book me in a hotel 3 miles from downtown on the outer fringe of key west. I declined and got a room T the pier house.

Expensive for what you get. There was no password protected wifi available, not even for purchase, so I was not able to connect to my work computer. Before traveling to the hotel, I tried calling ahead several times to find out information on parking and a roll away cot and was never able to connect with anyone. I don't think I have ever been charged nightly for a cot, so that was a $60+ surprise. Pool is 3 foot deep, and small. The hot tub is warmish, and both close at sundown -LAME! The beach was not maintained at all and that area is more of a jet ski parking lot now.

Best hotel in Key West in my opinion. The absolute perfect location right at Mallory square. Beautiful facilities inside and out. Absolutely amazing views out the rear of the hotel of the Gulf of America. The staff at this hotel was so good I'll be coming here for years to come. They were so helpful and accommodating.

This was a bad place.

Seemed nice before the jackhammers started. Then my vacation became a nightmare.

There was no mention at any time of the concrete work being needed until it started. For some reason, hotel thought the solution was to give 2 free drinks. On the bright side, the breakfast was not good and wow did we wait a long time for service.

The floors in the room were dirty. My feet were black from walking on them. Also, the flooring inside and out was very slippery. I fell once and also witnessed another woman falling in the bricks outside. Also, the cleaning staff left our room door open when they left. We discovered it when we returned to our room. This happened to one of our travel companions also
