We had a great stay here. Would highly recommend!

Confused, sure good location infact prime location. But it’s not a resort. Absolutely zero amenities pool no bueno, gym na, recreation deck na. Stayed here twice In two years and it’s constantly under construction. Last year hammer drills and chop saws. This year nothing but I’ll put together they’ll still come who cares kinda vibe. The vouchers for food and beverage or what else they wanna pawn off worthless rip em up. The welcome drinks I watched COUNTLESS people try and pawn them off on people. Bar staff were trained at the dmv trust me it’s gonna be WAY WAY WAY to long, do yourself a favor and walk away before you walk up. Oh and the elevator put it outta its missory and it’ll still be late to its own funeral. Press the button before bed it mite be there when you wake up. Sure they lipsticked this pig and put a new coat of looks better but be ready for the soggy sandwich experience. The room yeah par but not but much. Tv needs a phd to work I’m 34 and said na I had to call the front desk to send some one up to show me. Then even after that still only used the power button to turn it on and said okay it “works”. Walls are paper thin. Every single beer can in the next room echoed along with every thing else 🤤. Yeah enjoy that on the house cause that’s about the best part. Over all sure I’ll book again because well location but for the third year in a row I know what to expect and it adds to the already man that’s more than time square sting of I remember when that went a lot further but yeah every year it’s another level of parents failing and send them out to get a job. Manager was nice and put a on the ball effort in but clearly is at the who ever owns this place please get off your worthless seat warmer and do something to make this dumpster fire of a hotel bearable look. Staff 9/10 Owner 0/10 Location 10/10 “Resort” 0/10 Bar service Sus at best Illusion factor 10/10 it’ll get you One human family factor …… could be a lot better I’ll be back again let’s see if the owners give a single second to maybe being present and staying humble and kind because what I saw na dude is on another planet of clueless

The owners need to step up and not be authoritarian like but be alright what can we do to make it happening? For the money I’d go off the strip and Uber to save money it’s honestly your best bet. You feel like you’re in the city and not on an island. Go get a little bungalow and suck up the island vibe. You’ll fell more refreshed. Now if you want a cinderblock castle of in my comfort zone trust me they’re banking on that. Don’t fall for it GO TO ANOTHER SPOT unless it makes sence financially. This place is safe it is in the spot but don’t bank on it being the best option.
