Manager Sammy was incredibly welcoming and helpful. He made us delicious Belgian waffles for breakfast! Soaking pool was a delight. Beds were very comfortable. Location can’t be beat for the price. Quiet neighborhood but just blocks away from lots of action. We had the King room right on front porch and it was roomy, convenient and away from breakfast area.
Bathroom could use an upgrade and you do hear the AC go on and off all night. I used a noise machine but that won’t stop the roosters from crowing in the morning. But they are everywhere downtown.

I have no idea why anyone would say this place isn't clean. It's squeaky clean, I made a point out of checking, including under the bed.
Speaking of the king bed, it was the most ridiculously comfortable bed I've ever slept in at a b&b.
The room was cozy and small but there was enough space for everything I needed.
I truly appreciated the welcome pack, a cute document containing everything you need to know. They even give you a cute map showing exactly how to get to your door.
Parking is easy peasy in the church parking lot.
Communication is also swift and easy and everyone I've talked to at the property has a lovely attitude.
Breakfast was delicious! Coffee is great. Location is perfect.
I tried to think of something I didn't like and couldn't come up with anything.
Perfect value for money.
Well, this isn't really about the property itself but be warned: there are roosters screaming their head off all over the place in Key West. They start at 5 am. They stop when you give up any hope of getting back to sleep. Bring earplugs.

Friendly front desk. Bikes to hire were a bonus. Free breakfast was decent. Beds were comfortable and bonus in room refrigerator was appreciated.
Dirty bathroom and shower stall. Rooms are very small- think bed and just enough room to get in and out of it.
