On site bar ran out of good vodka and only had well available on 2 nights. Otherwise everything was excellent.

Overall, the staff at certain areas were excellent and extremely nice.

The location of the property was ideal, as you can walk to many places, and the fact that it was on the beach was great.

The cleaning service for the rooms were slow to clean our rooms. There were some days that our room was cleaned until 4pm. To me, this was irritating as that was the time wherein I would return to my room after a day at the beach, and needed to rest. However, it made it difficult waiting on the cleaning crew. On one of the days where my room was cleaned, the staff left my door wide open. When I returned to my room, I thought there was a stranger in my room, later to find out that the staff left the door open.

The light and fan came on 11:30pm two nights in a row. Reported it and it was immediately fixed. Staff is professional and attentive.

Overall stay was really nice but this particular hotel was too expensive with little added value.

The location was excellent , beach access great everything walkable or cheap Lyft ride.

Parking fee was way to high, for the amount of money for the room bathroom was lacking and Ac locked at 68. No microwave to reheat food. Didn't feel like a luxury hotel but charge luxury price.

Bad valet service and bad customer service

Me and my family have planned this trip several months ago, we chose Hilton thinking of having an amazing experience. However, the valet service was very awful, even though it costs $50 per day and is not included. A valet, named Darius, was the first face to "welcoming" us the first day, he was very rude and in a bad mood from the beginning. Definitely not a people person. The most awful experience was also with the same valet the third day, I used the car which is a Tesla so the key for me is my phone. When I returned the car Darius was there and he asked me for the key. The valet who give me the car, who was another valet, didn't give me any key so I had no idea where the key was. It was a misunderstanding but Darius was very rude, rising the voice to me and saying that was not his problem. At the final the key have been left at the car by the previous valet. Before we left the next day we talked with one of the managers about this problem. Is really impossible that a service of $50 per day is so bad. We didn't be rude at any moment to this valet guy. He seems to be in a bad mood all the time. The manager told us he will be contacting us that same day, that was on August 18th. Today is August 25th and we haven't received any communication from the hotel. This is sad but we never again stay in a Hilton, this proves the poor interest in the customer service.

Quite expensive for relatively basic rooms. Room was not ready for checking in until 5pm. When we went to the bar there was only one person serving which meant slow service.

Loved being able to see beach and pool.

Beach clarity, Beds completely uncomfortable. No food other than the 1 restaurant which was a tad pricey. No decent coffee in lobby and or rooms. Charged parking of 50 a night, and then hotel taxes and fees 75.00 per night.

Not worth the money. False Advertising & Failure to Deliver

The location was good. The amenities looked okay but everything was so disappointing

I had high expectations for The Reach by Hilton, but my stay was a complete disappointment and, frankly, a case of false advertising and failure to deliver services as marketed. The rooms looked nothing like the professional photos on the website — instead, they were old, worn, and in dire need of renovation. The beach was unusable, covered in thick, rotting seaweed with a strong, nauseating smell of decaying fish. This is not the pristine, relaxing beachfront experience the hotel promotes. The restaurant was equally disappointing — the menu provided was completely different from the one advertised online, removing several key items that influenced my booking decision. This was a clear misrepresentation of the property’s condition and amenities. The experience fell drastically short of the Hilton brand promise and what was paid for. This was a total waste of time, money, and vacation days.

The beach area it’s not attending with all the Sargassum and the bad smell that comes from them, we pass a vacation on Cancun and they really take care of that situation with the sargassum, every day they cleaned and maintained the beach area in the best possible conditions

Enjoyed every second

I loved the staff and the room was clean and comfortable. I also liked the view from our balcony which included views of iguanas and beautiful birds every day. I also enjoyed the location which is on the quieter side of Duval.

The only problem I have is that it doesn’t have a microwave which at the price and resort fee, should at least be accessible.

Loved the beach, pool. The chairs and towels on property were awesome. Loved having access to the other resort too. The staff was very friendly.

The shower was HORRIBLE. Either too hot or too cold and the water pressure was bad. Also hated how expensive parking was.

Great resort I would love to visit every year but is just too expensive.

Great location

Your rooms are expensive but to then pay a $60 resort fee per day is ridiculous. You need to pick up the grass on the beach every morning, That's why we stay there. We barely went in the water because it was such a mess. Finally your drinks are way overpriced I mean way overpriced. Since we're being hit over the head with all the other fees at the resort the least you can do is make the drinks reasonably priced.

parking and fees are OUTRAGEOUS!!!! way overpriced. We saved $150 for (3 nights )that we would of paid on their property for parking but we were lucky enough to find street parking not far from the hotel for FREE.

Very beautiful view

The room was hot. The A/C did not cool the room. The bed had two indents on either side of the mattress and the pull out bed from the couch was extremely uncomfortable and the metal coils went right into your back.

Don’t waste your money $$$$$ The place doesn’t look anything like the pictures!!!We were so disappointed when we arrived. We actually ended up leaving after walking around and seeing the condition/location of this place. The facilities are very run down, the lounge chairs outside are old and have stains. I cant believe they charge so much for such a poor place, especially being a Hilton.

We had a wonderful stay and would come again!

The hotel room was very clean! The staff was so helpful and friendly. The view from the restaurant/bar area was breathtaking. It was a short walk to shopping areas and restaurants.

The view from the room was ok, but wish it was better. It was a far walk from the elevator to the room. The room was expensive.

Not worth the money spent.

The room is very disappointing for the price. Very Small, a terrible view for the $450+ per day. The mandatory valet parking of $40/day when all other properties around parking were free, plus the amount you have to walk to get into your room when you have parking spots right below your balcony, definitely made me unhappy, as it was never clear on the website this extra charge. The beach is convenient, if you don't wanna drive, but nothing different from the public beaches in terms of water and sand quality, all with lots of seaweed that makes look bad. As a private beach, they could clean up at least the sand. Don't see myself coming back. Not worth the money spent.

Nice hotel in a wonderful location

The accommodation was perfect, close to Duval Street. The hotel is very charming, has private access to the beach and a good size pool. The hotel staff is nice and helpful. The rooms are big and spacious. I liked that while staying at the pool, a staff member passes by and hands out cold water or a cold snack. Really cute.

Unfortunately more than once we had to ask for the room to be cleaned. Elevators didn't work. We were promised a $200 refund for not tidying the room. We didn't get them. The menu in the restaurant was very limited. The hotel bar closes very early. The air conditioner in the room is very noisy and above the bed which frees you up. Parking costs a lot when it's part of the hotel and on the face of it seems unnecessary to demand. It is better if they include the parking in the room rate and give the feeling that the parking is free.

The cleaning of the room wasn’t done properly. The cleaner used a smelly mop to clean the floor and it left a very bad smell in the room. They also neglected to clean the room on one of the days
