Location and staff are great. Easy to self park behind property (although expensive). Public spaces were nicely decorated. Ask for a room away from Duval Street if you don't want to hear the noise. I stayed in a handicap room with a bathtub because I like to soak in a tub but the sink was very small. There is a nice size fridge and a coffee maker in room. Convenient to good restaurants, drug stores, and a grocery shop. Concierge was helpful.
Do not stay here if you are sensitive to fragrance since the "Signature Scent" is everywhere in the building. The elevator nearest my room was out of order for the entire week of my stay which meant I had to walk an extra 5 minutes to get there. If you want ice, you have to go to the front desk and they will give you one zip lock bag full. Standard rooms are quite small and do not have any kind of desk or workspace area. Fire alarm went off (twice) at 5am. Walls are thin so you can hear noise from next door. Pool area is lovely but also quite small. This is an older property that has been refurbished but there are still many items in need of repair.

Small bathroom and somewhat pricey.

great location. they gave me late check out which appreciated. there were nice bell man. some of the staff were really great and some not so great.
It was freezing. They were out of heaters and staff were not helpful stating there is no heat in an old building. My room was 60 degrees when it was in the 50 s outside. bar closed early on a Saturday night. Food in building was not Marriott quality. they charged a far amount even for key west standards for very little other than location.

Great location, friendly staff
for the price, $700/night, there were glitches: the key card had to be upped 3 times, the room had a minuscule closet, and the bathroom floor was not swept

The hotel design was beautiful and the staff were excellent.
Extremely fast and flexible check in - we arrived early and they kept us informed by phone when the room was ready. We were able to leave our bags and get changed to walk around the town in the mean time.
Really lovely bar, restaurant and lobby area. Rooms were also well kept and nicely designed.
The lobby area was very well maintained and made a great first impression. The guest room areas, however, were a bit less polished. The hallways and rooms often had a noticeable damp smell, likely due to the local humidity combined with the carpeting throughout. But, overall, still nice.
Parking was on the expensive side at $45 per night, and at times it was difficult to find an available space despite the cost.
The pool and bar area is attractive and has a lot of potential, but during our stay it could have been better maintained. Loungers were often left with used towels from previous guests, and without staff clearing them, it was unclear which ones were actually in use. As a result, even though many loungers appeared unused, it was sometimes difficult to find seating and we ended up sitting at the bar instead.

So they tried to charge me “by mistake” 20 usd tip for a pizza that I bought for my kids at 12.9 usd
How on earth, would I pay 20 usd tip on a 12.9 usd bill?
When I complained they removed it.
But the whole incident was peculiar

Location - can't be beat. Heart of Old Key West.
Inconsistent service at the desk - some were good, and a couple of them I was surprised they had a job at Marriott.

Location
Well, when we got there the room we first got was not handicap accessible. We did book on Booking.com and requested a handicap room six months in advance of our stay. My husband‘s mobility scooter wouldn’t fit through the doorway (317)so we went back downstairs. They assigned us to another room, 345 but we got up there with our luggage cart, which I was pushing and realized that we had to go down to the second floor to get on that elevator to go up to that room, but his mobility scooter would not fit in the elevator to get to that room. We finally got to check in and got to our room after five. The manager was nice and got us into a handicap accessible room 229. - the remodel looks beautiful but…
The toilet was clogged two days in a row. The bed was hard and uncomfortable ( everyone in our group agreed -we had six different rooms booked 11 of us total and Everyone complained about the beds to each other )the showers had cold water unless I took a shower at 2 o’clock in the morning then there was hot water. The breakfast downstairs at the restaurant was just OK.

The hotel was beautiful! Lobby, bar and restaurant were perfect. Food was delicious! Rooms were spacious.
Even though everything was perfect and the rooms were spacious the floors in the rooms were very dirty. Since it is tile and not rug they were very very dirty! We could not walk barefoot or our feet would be black.

The cleanliness of the rooms and the facility were outstanding. The effort and friendliness of the staff was also outstanding.
The TV channel selection omitted two of the major networks, making watching prime time sports an issue. The bar was completely out of Chardonnay and Sauvignon blanc from Friday night on (two big selling wines, how do you run out for multiple days?) And the housekeeping staff would pick up towels, but then not leave the same number of new ones (multiple days). Also didn't regularly restock the in room coffee.

Great location — right on Duval Street in the middle of the action. We loved being able to walk out the door and have restaurants, bars, shops, and attractions all within steps.
The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, though clean and comfortable. We didn't really have a spot to put our suitcases/clothes for the 3 days that we were there.

They claimed they have an EV charger, but they don’t . There is only one 110 outlet near car park and they called this charger.

$35.00 a night for parking was a disappointment after spending $400 a night for a room.

Amazing location right on Duval Street, close to all attractions! The parking lot was super convenient, and the facilities, including the Cuban tropical-style restaurant and bar, were great. The room was spotless and in excellent condition, both in the bedroom and bathroom.

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring key west. We stayed in 2023 when the hotel was ongoing refurbishment and it has been complete to a great standard. The parking at the hotel is also very convenient
Nothing really. The lifts haven’t been modernised which would be an improvement but they were all in full working order and that is the main thing

Location in middle of Duvall, most staff nice. Housekeeping terrible. Room never cleaned, had to ask every day. Nates in shower constantly. Never cleaned bath floor or vacuum rugs. Door card didn't work for 1 hr one day. Lots of Cuban food in restaurant pricey food & room. Decor in room nice & lobby bar nicely decorated.
Better housekeeping staff. Went to small pool on a Sunday after all day boat trip at 5:30pm & found pool bar area closed, no food. Inconvenience to guests. Market store is not included in daily $30.00 credit why since food & beverage are products sold?

The location for this hotel is worth it. Only 1 block from Margaritaville Cafe and gift shop. It is right in the heart of Duval street with plenty of restaurants and shopping around. The sight seeing trolley stops right in front of the hotel is a surprising plus.
It is a bit pricey, but worth it for the location for us.

Location.
Pool wasn’t open. Had to go off site for pool. No towel bars in the bathroom, also no toilet paper holder. Toilet paper sat wherever there was room. No ice machines on any of the floors. Had to go to lobby for a cup of ice at the market in the lobby. Elevator under construction during half of our stay. Had to go up 2 floors, walk to other side of building and use second elevator to 4th floor. Had to find out this information from Spanish speaking only housekeeping employees, front desk staff neglected to tell us how to get to room. Paid for on site destination fees (parking) through booking.com but was charged again for parking at checkout.

The service was fine. The people were polite Overall, the hotel was clean constantly.
First of all when I booked this, it wasn’t stated that it was under construction. There was only one elevator working, and if you wanted to get closer to where you wanted to be, you had to go across to get the other elevator get off on 2 to go across to grab the other elevator, which was an inconvenience . we were on the fourth floor, and we had to walk all the way to the other end not a big deal about a few stairs, but it was an inconvenience. His voucher for breakfast was questioned, and when they concluded the situation on the first day . on the second day, I’ll check out the lady told him that he can get something from the gift shop with the 30 Dollar credit we had, well guess what ?
Come to find out that we can’t use it. It was only for food after he was told he can use it in the small little gift shop. And that was on our way out the door. He just gave up and left.
