Location was great!
Our patio was very hot due to the sun hitting on it during the day. Our friends rooms were much nicer than ours and we paid more for sunset view.

Amazing ocean view, food & service in hotel bar and restaurant, brilliant front office Director Craig, best place for sunset in Key West !
There are building works going on so there was so access restrictions and a temporary reception area. We were not affected but there is potential for slight disruption.

breakfast on the terrace was lovely, but mediocre food
inoperable shower head, no adequate light by bed to read by, one lamp only worked by plugging/unplugging from wall, etc. small things that added up (e.g., no automatic recharge for cells)
