Great location, great adults only private resort.

Th location was one block from Duval. Literally walking distance to EVERYTHING! Quiet and adults only resort was what we wanted. The hot tub and pool were clean and well maintained

Two bedroom suite: just to note, it’s just that. Two bedrooms with a bathroom in the middle w/ a small pedestal sink. No sitting areas and one small fridge. Room service stopped by and gave a fresh towels one time in the four days. Never once came in to empty garbages or clean. They did say they clean every other day. For the price, I expected more housekeeping.

Quick overnight... perfect location, very clean... but nothing memorable

Breakfast was convenient but thats about it.. waffle maker, a few muffins and Danish obviously from some generic store like Publix/Costco, and a fruit bowl also likely picked up at the supermarket... would raise the level if you had scones or pastries from a local bakery!

The front desk staff were indifferent to our arrival and check out... maybe make people feel welcome! Not like we are a bother to you

The staff was friendly.

To check in two hours early was another $40 charge; I had requested parking - but it was not provided until I paid another $37 charge. The internet that we needed for a zoom hearing was down. The room was not the one that I requested. The bed was uncomfortable, the room was stark and uninviting. The tile floors outside of the shower were incredibly slippery. There were very few amenities.

Not what we expected

Pros 1 block from Duval St., tons of restaurants & easy to walk most areas. Wine, cheese and crackers happy hour daily. Room 621 has 9 drawers and huge amount of closet space Very friendly staff. They are always working hard to keep the property clean. Bikes onsite to rent $15 a day

Cons Property needs updates. Hot tub was not working, fixed next day & not working the next day. Room has tons of wall light switches in bedroom & bathroom. Some are super old and none are labeled. One of the wall mounted lamps has no switch to turn it on. One small table next to bathroom sink. Could use another table to put bathroom stuff on.

Rooms were clean, a bit outdated. We were on the 2nd floor and the ceiling over the bed area was slanted and we kept hitting our heads.

Lovely characterful property well located. Our room was a reasonable size with comfortable bed and sizeable balcony. Nice breakfast and lovely happy hour cheese and biscuits. Wild chickens adorable. Nice pool but a little chilly in Jan.

If you’re looking for location, that’s the place but old rooms with smell and AC pretty old as well. So choice is yours.

Location is amazing. Just right in corner of Duval Street which is main street. I think one of the best location place in town. Also they have parking space($30 per night)

Staff were nice, but not super welcoming, bathroom/shower/room was too small, water pressure and temperature was poor in shower, toilet didn't always flush (water didn't fill in tank quickly), no toiletries were provided beyond our initial arrival (1 small bar of soap doesn't last for 3 days between 2 people), not enough towels provided (I'm a girl and need 1 for hair and 1 for body and we were given 1 per person).

Very good location and helpful staff

Helpful staff, paid parking, good size pool and despite being close to the main party street it's quieter than expected. Location is balanced between noise and access to the noise and it does both. There was nowhere to hang my heavy jacket, pants etc and the staff organized for maintenance to add hanging hooks to the room, great service.

The Paid parking is not controlled so others can take your paid spot and not pay !

Great time at the Cabana!! Would stay again.

First of all, the location was perfect. The hotel is situated between Duval St. and Whitehead St. For people that may not know, this historic downtown area is the hotspot for Key West. Numerous bars and restaurants nearby and beyond. Absolutely no reason to take an Uber or cab anywhere! Not only that, we were only a 9 minute walk away from The Ernest Hemingway House which we very much enjoyed. The staff was fantastic. Some of the best people I've ever had assist us in a hotel, and I don't say that lightly. I'm not used to getting knocks on the door from someone asking "Do you need towels or anything?" As far as amenities? Excellent. I've never been to a hotel where the pool and hot tub are open 24/7 despite what the posted sign says. The continental breakfast was quite enjoyable. They had a waffle iron to bake your own waffles, bagels, cereal, fresh fruit, Starbucks coffee, and every beverage (non alcoholic) for breakfast that you can think of! I can't remember when the serving hours started but I know it ends at 10 am, which is reasonable. Even better, they have a happy hour from 5-7 pm when wines on ice and fresh cheeses, crackers, and nuts are set out for all guests to enjoy. We took advantage of these amenities every chance we got. The beds were very nice. We had a cabana jr. suite which provided us with one king sized bed and one pull out sofa with a hidden queen bed. It wasn't a true queen size but it was good enough for me, albeit a bit firm.

When we first arrived, there was no one in the office to check us in. In fact, there was a party of 4 before us who had already been waiting 10 minutes. Immediately, I got a bad feeling because I've had this happen to me once before. We found ourselves asking some of the hotel guests in the lounge area where the check-in person was. Within a few minutes, he came out and was very nice. He was sweeping the floor in this storage room by the office. Now I can understand getting caught up doing other things, but not when it's prime time for people to check in. Other than this, I don't have too much to complain about.

The pool was refreshing and relaxing, staff was nice.

The room is dated. Bed and pillow was not comfortable, but the AC was the main issue. Super loud, blowing air directly towards the bed. Water pressure was also low for shower.

Great location - near the center of Old Town but quiet. The hot tub was very nice.

The property feels like it could use a facelift. There were always leaves in the pool. The room was okay but really needed to be freshened up with new paint or furniture.
