We loved the location, the privacy and the pool and deck area. Staff was super friendly and helpful.
The only thing I would change is being able to shut off the outside light by the door or having more of a black out shade on the door. It was very bright all night.

We loved everything about it!! The place was awesome... A beautiful relaxing oasis just one block off Duval St. Can't wait to go back :)

The complimentary snack and wine was good and the attendant for that was really nice. Breakfast was fine (carb-heavy). Room had nice high ceilings and was spacious other than the shower. Location was perfect, except there's a male review across the street. Looked like lots of parking (gravel lot). Tons of roosters, which was only a positive during the day (bring ear plugs to sleep). This place has tons of potential!
At check in they said our room was not ready (it was early so we were completely understanding). They said if we pay an extra $40 (in addition to the already $700 for the night), they could see what they could do. We opted to go lay by the pool until it was ready and just connect later with friends. Then when our room was "ready" near check in time, we discovered that it was the room we had been sitting next to for hours.... which no one went in or out of so it was actually ready the whole time.
There was bubbled paint, making me wonder if there was mold (which may be why I have such a bad headache and sinus issues), and oddly toilet paper roll wrapper stuck to the very high ceiling. It didn't feel filthy, but odd things made this room feel unclean.
The hot and cold were opposite on our shower also.
The pool wasn't bad at all, but the grounds definitely need some refreshing.
