Location is great, rooms are fine but are dated.

It’s a timeshare so don’t expect resort amenities around the clock. Rooms are pretty dated. The pool/spa close at dusk, which could be open later for expanded enjoyment.

Hidden little gem in Key West.

The location of the property was perfect! Away from the noise of Duvall but close enough to wander there if we wanted to. Close to Mallory Square which is the place to be for sunset. The property itself was beautiful and the pool area was lovely. Right next to the cruise port but I believe they only allow in one ship per day so with the exception of having a look at what ship it was that day we didn’t really notice that.

Firstly, we did love this place and would definitely return. For transparency however - at 4am there was a hell of a lot of noise out the front by the car park for about 30 minutes. Not sure if it was possibly a delivery for the cruise ship or maybe emptying trash dumpsters. I’m ex cabin crew and can generally sleep through anything if I’m tired enough (which I was) but it was very loud. There were parts of the room that were a little tired. A chip out of our bathroom wall and scuff marks on the bathroom furniture. Also a lot of dust below the aircon vent in the bathroom on the wall. Just tiny little things but when you’re paying so much those tiny little “attention to detail” things should matter.

All in all it was a hotel I would recommend to friends.

The location was excellent. The grounds and outside area were nicely kept. I really liked that our kitchenette had a toaster. I appreciated that I could use my parking garage pass for a few extra hours after I checked out. Overall I was very satisfied with the hotel.

I was disappointed that housekeeping made no attempt to come to our room. We could have used a few extra towels. They would have seen the dirty ones on the floor. I don't recall seeing anything posted about housekeeping not being offered.

Decent place, but we were lied to.

Great location.

No restaurant, no bar, no room service, no pool service, just a disappointment. When we checked in we were told that parking was 26.88 for our entire stay, but when we checked out we were charged 26.88 per day and when we spoke to the manager she told us that even though we were told the one fee, we had to pay much more and being told we were going to pay less was ignored. Don't stay in this resort as they charge 17.00 per day resort fee, but offer no resort amenities.

Staff was very nice, hotel was clean but I would rather stay next door at the Opal .

The location was excellent you can walk easily to the sites. Hotel is located at the marina so it was very nice to walk around. The hotel was clean, Staff was very nice.

Its a time share which I only realized when we got there. So not a full service hotel- no Bell service you get a cart and haul your luggages, no room service, front desk closes at 11pm so you don't have anyone to talk to after that time for questions or issues. The Rooms were very clean but dated, certain unpleasant odor when we came in but improved after I wiped the floor with disinfectant wipes so just might be the map they used. Carpet is clean but looks old. I wanted a room with a view but staff said there was construction we have a view of the pool and a "glimpse" of the marina if you try too look in between the palm trees (which is very hard to do). There was also someone staying above us and we heard them moving furniture at night and kids running around which made sleeping a bit more difficult.

The perfect getaway before summer begins!

This was our second visit with Hyatt Residence Key Club, and we felt like we never left. We loved our room, the very friendly and helpfiul staff, and our proximity to shops, museums, and other activities!

I have no specific dislikes from our stay. There was some work being done on the hotel during the day, but we were out most of that time, so the renovations did not effect our enjoyment of the room and facilities.

floor dirty (kids had black feet after inning around for a few minutes) kids bed unmade, had to do it ourselves after asking for bedsheets. staff refused to prepare bed. windows to balcony very difficult to open/close

I love this place. We will continue to book it each year!

We booked a one bedroom suite and was given the one bedroom condo. It was perfect for our group of girls since it had to full bathrooms!

Same suggestion as last year…a foam topper for the sofa bed would be great. The sofa mattress is super thin so you’re basically sleeping on a hard surface. Luckily I was the only one sleeping on it so I used the sofa cushions to make a raised platform in the middle of the bed.

the location was great for walking everywhere we wanted to go, the sunset was beautiful from our room and the staff was wonderful and accommodating.

people were out reserving the majority of the pool chairs at 7:00 am, most never even coming back out until the afternoon. there was a sign stating this was not allowed, but it was definitely allowed. (also pretty common anywhere you go).

Nice but lacking some amenities

Bathroom floor was filthy and dust all over. A better cleaning job could have been done. Also a larger room without the chairs squeezed in would be nice and a full kitchenette with sink. Pictures were misleading and for the price seemed chintzy. Parking should also be included
