Perfect location.

The rooms was lovely, clean and comfortable. The grounds and landscaping was beautiful and perfectly maintained. The staff was courteous, friendly and accessible. We enjoyed the pool, beach and on location beach bar and the Chart Room. We just got home and we're already planning our next stay.

Just short of expectations

The location was fantastic.

Everything just came up short. I had expectations for our stay. For the price we paid everything was underwhelming no blackout curtains. A resort view was quite literally a bush with no view the drawers don’t even open in the nightstands. Everything that was advertised just came up short of what we expected.

the birds climbing on the tables outside and people ate on them. i would carry wipe to clean off my table before i would eat. lots of seaweed on beach after storm and of course the pool was out the entire time we were there. I am a pool person, so it was a big deall

Great stay to enjoy Key West

Fantastic location with a lovely atmosphere, friendly staff, great pool and beach. Loved the live music by the beach/pool, great food at the beach cafe, excellent Pina Colada’s! Well maintained and presented facilities to enjoy the best of Key West.

AC in window by the bed made sleeping that side unbearably cold! Room too hot without it. Wish the vents could be moved but they were fixed so blew wind all night in one spot. Small thing that impacted our comfort but didn’t ruin our stay.

The hotel is in a great location, the ocean-front rooms have wonderful views of the bay, and you enjoy an amazing sunset. The staff was courteous and friendly.

The bed mattress was not as comfortable, and some areas in the room were not as clean - could use some updates. Meal prices were on the higher side but expected based on the location.

Location was wonderful. We parked our car up on arrival and was able to walk to all of our destinations during our 4 day stay. Food was exceptional, staff was very friendly and accommodating. I also noticed how friendly all of the other guests were.

Beach area wasn't tended to well. Food plates, empty cups, etc... were left out until the next day. Food and beverage service staff was great and very busy but no one was there to tidy up.

Lounge Chairs by the pool are very soiled and outdated, as is the pool. The Air conditioner in the room is very very loud, very hard to sleep. Limited amenities for the price. Would not stay here again for $400 a night......

Lighting in the room we stayed in wasn’t great. Hard to see to get ready. Room AC didn’t work well. You spend the majority of your time out and about so this was a minor inconvenience.

The location of the hotel is amazing. Can see beautiful sunsets and it is very close to everything .

The hotel needs some TLC. Things are looking a bit worn. Needs some paint and repairs. Room could also use more storage like end table with actual drawers. Also more hooks or racks to hand towels in the bathroom would be nice This would allow the towels to dry and be able to be used again.

Magical hotel with a beach, easy parking, walking distance of every site. Too fun!

We chose to have a non-ocean view, as we had beach front in Daytona and SoBe. Pier room view was better. We looked out on a tropical garden with a waterfall, pond, dozens of turtles sunbathing on the rocks, and iguanas. Beach nice, pools wonderful, easy parking, and access to the sunsets and music on the pier. Staff very attentive. We will return.

Good place to be near Duval and Mallory Square

Our room was easy to get to. It was very quiet. The rooms were clean and nice. The beach is a small man-made beach; it was nice for sunsets. Didn't use the pools; however, they looked nice.

We weren't notified of parking issues due to resealing the back parking lots. It would have been better, if possible, to move those rooms where there was better parking. It was a bit of a hassle to deal with lack of parking due to the areas marked off for resealing. The other couple with us was not notified at check in either.

Nice stay, probably will stay in a quieter area on our next visit to the Keys.

I upgraded to a Lanai room to have a balcony and a nice view. The balcony was ok, but there was a tree touching the railing, so much for a nice view of the ocean or pool. Even though the pool was not far from our room there was no noise when the door was closed. The door key braclets were very nice. If you want to be near all the night life this is the place. Easy walking to all the shops and restaurants.

They were sealing the parking lot and parking was scarce. The lady at the desk got snippy when I mentioned it, and told me I received a letter notifiying me of the situation. (I did NOT.) My husband loved the Chart Room Bar, it was nice and cozy, but it smelled of urine.
